CVS

Ok, I think a lot of you that are you are bashing this CVS should take a step back. Being and understanding person when people are working a job, that is under staffed. These people are working very hard to do jobs ment for 3 or 4 people. Some understanding would be great! I watch the lady in front of me make the pharmacy tech cry.
I have always gotten very good service. People need to look in the mirror. Spread some happiness, not sadness!

Yes, Covid testing has severely complicated the ability to reach someone by phone. Yes, it takes longer to get prescriptions filled. But I've worked with Tim and Jane for over 10 years and I think they do an awesome job under all the stress. As for the staff, I've never had issues. Customers need to understand we're in a pandemic and service has changed. I have a retail job and understand the stress and customer anger over service issues. Be kind and appreciative, please.

Excellent experience at the pharmacy today while receiving a COVID-19 test. I tried booking an appointment with Walgreens, but their website was complicated and there wasn't much availability. It was very easy to get a same-day COVID-19 test appointment. When I arrived, the pharmacy tech was very helpful and guided me through the whole process. It took only about 5-10 minutes. If you are in need of a COVID-19 test, I'd definitely recommend going to CVS.

Been coming here for several years now, and they're always fast, courteous, and professional.
That, plus the fact that they're inside a Target store makes it easy to pick up some things at the same time, often saving a stop.

I've never had issues at this location. They're often slammed but manage to be pleasant every time I've been there, counter or drive thru. I think CB must have some personalitosis or something...poor thing...
