Chris was very patient and helpful getting new phone and plans situated. Stayed after the store technically closed to make sure I was taken care of completely.

And Ahmed at the Ypsilanti Whittaker Road location keeps up your reputation for excellence! Thank you Ahmed for working your magic and helping me transfer data from my new phone (not charging any more) to a still working old phone! :) i feel better already!

Ahmed and Chris were a HUGE help today! My phone landed at the bottom of the river Memorial Day weekend and I was able to walk out of the store within an hour or so no problem with a brand new phone and got all of my stuff from the cloud back and easily transferred. Amazing customer service and answered the many questions I had. Thank you for all your help!

Great experience every time I go in the store. I started with just home Internet and now have 5 phone lines, a watch line, and home Internet. I specifically want to thank Nayim for his exceptional customer service each and every time I go in the store.

Chris did an outstanding job assisting me organize my apps on my phone. He is amazing, patient and so knowledgeable. He also set up my google calendar for appointments. I feel like a new person. T Mobile is so very lucky to have him. Thank you Chris!

Ahmed was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding some concerns I had with my Flip3! He helped recover my phone and gave me peace of mind that if I had any problems with this phone in the future, the boys in this store would look out for me!

One of the best store I been to so far since I have been with T-Mobile for 5 plus year. This guys are on top of there game. Helped me with my phone and all the questions I asked. Specifically Sajan and Nash on there A game. Whittaker rd store is the store to go to for new phones or problems.

I have been to the store twice in the last month both good experiences . Jake was super helpful when my family was upgrading phones. Today I took my friend in and Ahmed helped him solve his urgent problem within minutes. While there Jake helped me order a replacement screen protector! Thanks!!

Great experience. We left about 6 months ago for cheaper service and it was so bad. We came in to T-Mobile to see Jake and he took great care of us. He was able to get us all set up on the T-Mobile network again and made it very simple! Thanks again Jake!

At first, I told myself that I didn't want to be sold anything, I just came in to pay my bills. I was greeted so professionally before I even made it to the counter. I had some issues with my old phone, but they were solvable issues. I haven't had an upgrade in 3 years and I was not pressured into getting a new phone, I just weighed my options and realize what I needed to make my communications to others easier. T-Mobile staff were so patient with me and they displayed so much knowledge and courtesy toward me and I felt so proud and happy with their service and my new phone. I have a smaller phone which is easier on my hands and fingers. Everything was reasonable and affordable. They also worked together as a team and you should be proud to have them a exceptional employees. 5 stars T-Mobile. Good work.

Ahmed and Aaron were great! Patient answering questions when my wife and I were making a purchase decision. After our phones were shipped, they were helpful and friendly while getting our new phones setup and data transferred. Both are pros and highly recommended.

So happy with the outstanding customer Sevice at this TMobile store. I had visited two other locations seeking assistance with some issues with a new plan and phone purchased through a Walmart TMobile plan...those locations would not even help. Sajan at the Whittaker Road TMobile store did not hesitate. He spent over an hour to resolve the issues. He was super friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Sajan and this store. I am walking away 💯%satisfied. They will have all of my business from now on.

I came to the store with so many issues going on with my phone and Ahmed and Aaron helped me so much! The were very friendly and patient with me! You have no idea how grateful i am for them, give them a raise! I was so thankful that i offered to buy them lunch but they both said they were okay and just happy to help.
