AT&T Store

So I was in the store the other day and needed to get set up with a prepaid plan. I spoke with Nick and he was very helpful. He had a lot of knowledge about cell phones and he was able to set me up with a prepaid plan that would fit in my budget. He has great customer service skills.

Fixed all my issues that I had and set me up with a new iPhone 14. Layne had excellent customer service skills. Will recommend this location to family and friends!

Latifah was an excellent Cust Sv Rep. Very knowledgeable, addressed all my issues, and helped me meet all my needs. I highly recommend her, as she is an asset to the AT&T Team.

To be honest, I really appreciate the representative that help me with the issue that I was having with my phone plan.
She was calmly explained in details the problem and she seem interested in making sure that my needs and concerns weren't a problem anymore. I appreciate her for working with me, and I look forward to continuing my business moving forward.

My fiancé and I were sent to the AT&T store by Walmart after leaving the mall due to them not having the phones we were looking for. Johnathan was our customer service rep and he was amazing. He not only professionally answered all of our questions with ease and assisted us with trading in our phones, but he went above and beyond and provided us with information regarding our account that we were unaware of and ended up saving us some money on our bill! My family and I always come to this particular AT&T store, because of the consistently good service we receive (every time). This most recent visit, I was assisted by Tyler, and Alex. Tyler primarily helped me get my new iPhone purchased and set up - he was professional, respectful, very knowledgeable, and able to answer all of my questions in full and in a welcoming and friendly manner. Alex also provided a lot of helpful information, as he assisted, adding to the enjoyment of this visit and process. They both were so kind and made the upgrade process smooth and painless. It reminded me why I love coming to this store when I need something regarding my phone, especially when it involves a significant change. I highly recommend seeking service here.

Came in for a routine phone upgrade, which had some unexpected complications. Jonathan was patient and beyond courteous working through obstacles. He took time to explain all the details of the upgrade, costs, benefits, what to expect on my bills, etc. He also took the opportunity to make me aware of other promotions on associated products with my ipgrade some of which I purchased because he listened to what I was I terested in. The young lady Michelle was very helpful and extremely friendly! She took her time to help resolve all of my issues and even talked me into upgrading my device.

Alex, at the Hagerstown, MD store is the BEST! He helped with several things we needed on both our business and personal accounts. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and re-arranged several things on our accounts perfectly. Zach was extremely helpful throughout our phone buying experience. Honored our agreed upon deal and helped us to get the phones we truly wanted. We ended dropping our bill almost $100 a month when switching from Verizon. Highly recommend and will definitely return for our phone needs!!

I went in today and had a flawless experience. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to help with anything. Its very apparent these people enjoy their job. Mandy in particular answered every one of my endless questions when deciding on a new phone. She even helped me select the right accessories, not things I wouldn't use or need. This is my 2nd time at this store and even though there is a store closer to me, I will now only use this one. The previous time they corrected the errors made by another store. If you want great service, no pressure, and an environment with people who actually want to be there, this is the store for you. 10/10 would upgrade again 😆

Shiloh helped me today port over. She was very sweet, very kind, and very patient with me. I loved the service I got from her. The other employees were nice and everyone had on masks which is a plus. Very satisfied. I recommend this location and ask for Shiloh she’s really a sweet heart! 10/10
