All I can say is I love each and every employee at Mqt Nutrition, plus I love the food and smoothies. I am gluten-dairy free, so if I want any quick food, this is one of the few places I can go. My only wish is they were open 7 days per week! 💙🌼

I have Crohn's disease, and am currently experiencing a flare. This means that most food is extremely painful to eat, and I really can't have fruits or veggies unless they're blended well. I thought I would stop in just to see if there was anything that I may be able to tolerate. I let the employees know about my situation, and they were able to provide me with a list of many options that I could try out. I got the butterfinger smoothie, and I could not be more grateful! This is one of the most delicious smoothies I have ever tried, and the fact that it's super filling, and not unhealthy is a complete game changer. Thank you, MQT Nutrition! I will be back for so many more of these, and to try all the other delicious sounding options!

Brittany from MQT came highly recommended by the owner of the Union Station Depot. We rented the Depot for our wedding and hired Brittany and the MQT staff to cater a private dinner for just the two of us. They were so professional, friendly, and paid attention to every detail. Our dinner was unbelievable. The best stuffed mushrooms we have ever had, the scallops were cooked to perfection, and the best cut and preparation of a filet we have tasted. Our steak melted in our mouth how tender it was. We can’t thank them enough for topping off the perfect wedding day with an exquisite dinner!

Great smoothies. Love the meal options. Great food for good prices. Was told that they try to do organic food in their meals, but sometimes they can't due to cost of certain items. Still a healthy choice.

This place is amazing. The meal prepped option are so good. And the blue juice is a must grab. Staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. Hooked me up with free samples of some of the stuff I was interested in.

I really enjoy shopping at MQT nutrition. The staff is super friendly and knowledgable about all their products. They also make great recommendations if you are new to pre-work out, supplements, or different types protein.

It's easy to stop in for ready made meals that are both gluten & dairy free! We even order our protein pancakes in advance.🧡 Grab a juice, supplements, or better yet -- I enjoy the treat of selecting a delicious and fresh protein smoothie made with real ingredients.🎉

I love your healthy grab n go meal options, thank you so much for providing them! When things get super busy you can still stay on track meal-wise, its awesome for stocking up on soups, etc for lunches too. You guys are awesome!

Awesome place. We drive 2 hours to come here and get our nutrition supplies, could order them online but we'd rather make the drive and support this great business!

Some of the friendliest staff I've ever met. I'm a creature of habit so I tend to gravitate towards the same smoothie/meal and they remember what I get everytime, so before I can even ask what I'd like they ask if I want the usual. Great people, great place, and well versed in fitness, would def recommend to a friend looking to get into lifting or cardio!

GNC closed forcing to find a new home for health, Found it! Staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. More then I anticipated! Wish they had extended hours during the week but, opem Saturdays. If they don't have what you need, they will order it for you! ❤❤❤

My favorite smoothies in Marquette! Real ingredients, great taste, creative blends, and made with nutrition in mind. Also, I have seen this business support local fitness events, showing that they care about our community.

This place is not to be over looked. Great nutritional drinks and juices made to order! Honestly the best place in town for a healthy shot of wheatgrass or even a simple well made smoothie. I will be returning for sure.
