We received excellent customer service yesterday. My brother, my daughter, and I went in to purchase our first pair of skates and my daughters hockey pants, and the young man who helped us was extremely patient and super helpful. B & R on Hayes is our go to location for all of our Hockey needs , whether Ice or Roller, they always have what we need. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, good ice skates sharpening is imperative to success on the ice. The Collins men all are very proficient in this skill and it's must appreciated.

Everyone here was SO helpful with getting me my first pair of hockey skates. The gentleman who helped me was super knowledgeable and he helped fit the skate to my foot. He asked me questions I wouldn't have thought of to make sure that I was truly happy with how it fit. They measure your feet so you know that you're going to get a really accurate sizing. The price was reasonable as well, I was expecting to pay so much more than I did and the gentleman who helped me made sure to ask what my budget was so he could help me find a more reasonable skate. I am so happy with what I walked out with, I will definitely be back to buy anything else I may need. This is the place to go for hockey stuff, the guys here really know what they're doing!

By FAR, the best hockey store in the metro Detroit area! The guys in here are always extremely helpful and know their hockey stuff. They go above and beyond with team orders, great pricing and all orders are always right and completed quickly. Too bad Suburban doesn’t use B&R

Awesome as always!! This trip involved getting my 3 year old granddaughter a new pair of hockey skates. Fitting a toddler for skates is no easy task, but we did it successfully. I feel bad I didn't catch his name, but he was absolutely phenomenal with her. He was VERY knowledgeable and had the patience of a Saint. The closest hockey store is 45 minutes away from us and there are plenty to choose from in that area that sell the same merchandise. What sets them apart is their customer service! Keep up the good work.

Amazing Service! My Son wanted to try hockey out so we went to Dick's to look at skates. The customer service was horrible so we went to B&R since I remembered going there as a kid. We bought skates that time and have been back for a stick, helmet, and gloves since then. Every time we go there the service is great. They always seem to go above and beyond by lacing up my son's skates to make sure they fit properly, taped up the stick he picked out, etc. Highly recommend!

Brian was super helpful for team orders. I highly recommend getting your hockey equipment from here. They usually have all the sizes to the equipment that they carry their for proper fitting. And if there's something they don't have they have multiple locations to pull it from in a very fast amount of time.

Picked up second varsity jacket in three years and what a great job they did on both jackets. They both came out great! Always get excellent service at B & R, whether buying varsity jackets or just getting my skates sharpened.

Gary was incredibly helpful. The skates I had bought from another shop were hurting my feet and he suggested a few fixes instead of just selling me a different pair of skates. Will be going back there for everything.
