I came in last minute to get some invites printed for my son's birthday party, well as soon as a walked in the guy at the front desk greeted me and asked me if I needed help. I told him what I needed and he directed to the copy section. I went back and the lady at the desk was helping someone I stood there for about 10 seconds or so and the lady greeted me and let me know she would be right with me. Well when it was my turn she was super friendly and of course I wasn't prepared and 4 other people lined up behind me so while I was getting my self situated she helped each one with a smile while still serving me. While I was there she helped about 7 people not including me with a smile and never once complaining, she even made me laugh a few times. Everything about my son's party has been stressful because nothing so far has went right. I went in with super low expectations and was completely shocked. The service and the product was absolutely amazing. This is what customer service is all about. From the moment I walked in even when it got hectic I felt like my business was wanted and appreciated. This has store has better service than some 5 star dining I've been to. The lady that helped me name starts with a T I don't know if I'm allowed to say her name but Office Max should really be honored to have her as a part of the team because this day decent customer service is hard to find let alone amazing service. I just want to say thank you so much to her for turning my son's birthday back into a positive and fun experience.

The best customer service in Gadsden! Wish we could take the customer service from this store and spread it to the restaurants and other stores in Gadsden. I saw TEAM work and associates that know the products and will go above and beyond for the customer. Awesome job!

We were shopping with an elderly friend today. The store was full of customers, there were three employees working, and we had the most amazing shopping experience. Kudos for Office Max Gadsden! We were greeted as we came into the store. Chris helped us find a printer that was compatible with XP. He offered that our elderly friend sit in a comfy Office Depot rolling chair. We were able to “comfortably” make a decision on the perfect printer. Chris helped us with a few other purchases as well. He was a great listener, knowledgeable, and understanding of our needs while shopping. Sky , and Connor provided Chis with great support. Fantastic Teamwork on a busy Saturday. Great Job!!

I have been to many office depots nation wide. I have had the best experience at this location thanks to Tammy S. in the print center. I have never met an employee that is so good and professional at their job. No value can be put on this amazing lady. I have been to this location multiple times and she has exceeded my expectations every time. This is my favorite Office Depot in the entire United States thanks to TAMMY!

What I went in for was out of stock but they ordered it for me and I had it delivered to my house in two days. No hassle and no freight charge. Will order again...

Great customer service! The employee took her time and showed me how to order copies from on-line and to save on the cost of printing. Highly recommend Office Depot for getting copies of flyers.

Waited a long time for service, wasn't aknowledged, was told by other employees that the only person who could help me was tied up with another customer. Thank Goodness another employee attempted to assist. 7 min. of waiting, but finally received my product. I am pleased. Suggestion: Be more attentive to all customers...at least say "hi", expedite the situation.

The associate who helped me with my FedEx package was patient, friendly and just as I was about to leave, it began to pour heavy rain, so as he was not busy with another customer, we began to talk about our families and found out that we are both huge animal lovers (we both own rescue dogs). I am pretty sure his name is Brian and he should be commended for making my visit to your store so pleasant!
