I had excellent customer service with Cassie and Eric with team Marquette. We brought in 2 phones and were trying to switch them over, it was a nightmare. They were determined to get it done....5 hrs later we had success. They went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend going to them. I can not say enough good about them!

Eric B at the Marquette MI Cricket Wireless store gave me the best customer service I’ve gotten anywhere this year! Setup and everything was super easy and painless. I’m now paying only $60 a month for two lines versus $97 though ATT.

Excellent service and plan. Although I despise the LG stylus 6 I recently bought there, the techs there advanced my skills to where I can use it. When a phone disappears the dial display in the middle of simple bank app transactions, that sucks. I'll have to go back so they can further educate this elderly warrior.

The Best thing you can do is to switch to Cricket. Friendly Staff, Great place to get cell phone service and a Great Price with the bundle lines. I love to be able to have internet taking the back way to Escanaba. No more high prices with Verizon & AT&T. And don't bother the prepaid Trac Phones they suck.
