I had Ashley [lead sales rep]. She was great. Superior customer service skills. I had my child with me. She put TV on to distract him while the whole process was going on considering he’s a toddler while my phone was updating. She told me we could leave and grab lunch and come back and everything would be handled.It was.. The whole process was effortless. Thank you very much Ashley! Feb 9th 2024

Ashley is so helpful! She always goes the extra mile. She was all by herself at the store and she still was so knowledgeable and helpful! She was balancing many customer’s needs with a smile on her face and pleasant attitude! She is a great employee! You are lucky to have her at your store!

Came to stop by for a trade in and Ashley was amazing! Personable and very easy to relax and work with, knowledgeable, was able to provide insight and information on options and made sure we got what we were looking for.

Ashley was extremely helpful and friendly. She fixed a problem in less than 5 minutes when I had spent over 4hrs on the phone with customer service. She went above and beyond when helping me return my old phone and made the process quick and easy.
