I love the customer service here from the cashiers Ms. Bev to the paint counter, and the special device when ordering my door, Jenna was so patient precise and on top of everything right down to the delivery of my custom door. My door had an imperfection, Jenna and the contractor had it returned and reordered it. Every step of the way Jenna stayed in touch with me as well as the contractor. This location has me coming back due to such great customer care and service.

I’ve been to his location dozens of times and the customer service is always exceptional. There’s never been a time where what I wanted wasn’t in stock.

Today, I visited this location to purchase rocks and other items for our yard where we tore up bushes. A few days prior to this visit, my wife and I were greeted by Terry in the gardening section. He helped us pick out rock and told us how much was in stock.

On todays visit, he greeted my friend and I. He helped us load 40 bags of rock, helped us push it to the checkout counter and helped us load it onto our truck. His customer service was above and beyond.

Cynthia helped us at checkout. She was friendly and even recommended a product for yellow jackets after I told her of a nest on my property.

Both of these employees are exceptional and this location is lucky to have them!

I returned about an hour later to get a few more things and CJ at the checkout was very friendly as well.

This location is always great and I recommend this store for any home needs!

I wanted to buy petunias, vincas, and a tomato plant. I looked other places but couldn't find all 3 at the same place. I am happy with everything I bought and there were many choices. Fast and friendly customer service also.

I love Lowe's! I was looking for one simple thing that I couldn't find anywhere else and (of course) they had it!

Found what I was looking for. Now I need to brain storm an idea together for one of my customers & see if he agrees with the project plan & setup.

Getting supplies for work. Customer service was awesome, had an issue & they fixed it. Found a lot of what I was looking, and walked away with what I came there to get. The cashier was helpful, and was super nice.

Great to get Military discount whenever i can.

The people there were very friendly. They helped us find what we were looking for and when we couldn't find it they looked on the computer for me. They tried to order it 4 different times, but it wouldn't go through. they were very pleasant and kept trying. Justin was new and he found me the item number. Jasmine was up at customer service and so was Alan and they both help made for over an hour. They gave me the information I needed to order it when I got home. Superstore love the employee's. They always try to help you with whatever you need. bought 30 bags of mulch They were so nice and putting it in the truck for me and helping me secure my truck top so it wouldn't fly open super nice people would recommend this load to anyone who really needs help and people who really respect you.

Jason ( "red vest", my husnand works at Lowes in Sterling so I know theres a difference 😊), was super helpful! I was looking for an Allen Key and I would have been looking for days. I appreciate the prompt help, I was able to get in and out.

Lowes has a wide variety of hardware, appliances, outdoor furnishings, plants, shrubs, birdseed and seasonal decor. They usually set the bar for low prices and have good sales... but many local merchants do price match. Installation of products is generally contracted to someone else. Veterans discount is offered. Staff is always exceptionally helpful.

Super friendly staff. Got there rather late, I knew they were busy closing, and cleaning up after black Friday. They were still friendly and helpful. Store itself was clean and tidy for being so soon after black Friday. Other than that, typical Lowe's store. Got stuff in it for sale

Associates were very helpful finding the fan. I was looking for quick, check out polite service.

Very nice hardware store. I was in and out. It was very organized and easy to navigate through. They have all kinds of supplies there. The service there is very good and friendly. The employees are there to help as well. I highly recommend shopping here!
