I had a very great experience at this location today. The assistant manager David really knew off the top of his head what he had in stock. He also is very friendly and doesn't make you feel like your an inconvenience for asking questions. We will definitely be returning.

Great customer service! I came in last Friday afternoon and was greeted right away by employees and they were very helpful (both of my kids were foot measured). It was my first time coming here and it won’t be my last. Thank you A+

I've always shopped at Shoe Carnival for the great deals but I had an exceptional experience at this particular location! The sales woman was very helpful in helping me find the right shoe and showing me how the deals work. I mean, she really knew her stuff! I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely return.

Shoe carnival is a very nice place to buy shoes they have thousands of shoes of all kinds of brands you are able to try them on walk around it was a great experience

This place has a great variety of shoes from kids to adults. You wont find the latest "Jordans" here. Nut what they do have is a reasonable amount of gym shoes,boots, sandals and dress shoes at very reasonable prices...Especially for back to school, church and work.

I found the sandals I was looking for everywhere here this sun.er! They are always running a good deal so I know I can always go back and most likely find whatever shoe I'm looking for. Glad there this new one opened up in town.

If your looking for shoes this is the place to go. Good customer service and with the cov19 going on PPE is highly recommended. If your looking for styles heels they have them just not alot of options to go by. Overall thanks for the help.

I wasn't even aware that this store was even there. Employees are very helpful. Store is very nice and clean. Shoe selection is very good and the shoes are all where they're supposed to be.

They don't have my size but I got my wife some shoes and I bought my daughter some shoes so that came out a win-win I got some socks on them too
