They've always been very helpful when I went there. I still have boots that I bought there about 10 years ago. These days, I wear a weird size and she saved me a trip by checking carefully if she had a certain product in my size.

They had all the shoes I was looking for and all in my sizes. The people who work at this location have amazing customer service skills, particularly an older lady with black glasses and dark hair, she is so sweet and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

After two weeks of shopping in over 20 different stores our 13-year-old could not find a shoe she could make a decision on . As we walked in the door Diamond greeted us with a great smile, and an amazing attitude and couldn’t be more helpful. She immediately asked my daughter what color do you like, what style do you like, what size do you wear, tell me what it is you like and I can help you find it ? Not even 20 minutes later we were walking out with a beautiful pair of Adidas shoes and my daughter couldn’t be happier! Give that fantastic woman to raise not only is she friendly, personable and professional, she zeroed in immediately on my daughters needs and filled it within 10 minutes. We will definitely be back when our two other daughters are ready for shoes. Thank you Diamond you save me hours of hunting and made my girls day we will be back to see you soon! You really know your stuff

I've been coming here for quite a few years . I'm a waitress and buy my skechers here which are very comfortable. My " shoe guy" Abe, is a great help as he chose a pair of sandals that I liked and more important a pair of men's winter boots that are perfect for me , warm and comfortable . See, I have a large scar right above my ankle and all the women's boots are too high and bump against it, which irritates it. So, he made a suggestion and I bought the pair he showed me. He knows his job well and is an asset to the company.

I bought shoes there that fell apart after few days, they had no problems returning and exchanging them, I even got a little discount from installing an app phone. Great store.

6 pairs of Nike, less than $300 out the door, with rewards for next time. Pretty good deals during bogo times. Nice staff at this location.

Customer service was great. Selection is limited at this location. Customer service helps you order the shoes you want if they don't have it in stock at the store.

Prices are ok for the quality. Alex was super helpful. Always try to get a retail me not or a discount for a better feeling on the price when you buy.

Always a great selections of shoes and in stock, if not they will give you a call when the shoes are in the store. If you order online, you can use ship to store. I like that also
