Customer service is usually excellent,
Manager is customer-aware, always
friendly & professional. Finding items
can be tricky if they move stock around.
It’s a well organized store, spacious &
immaculate.

I'm always greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. I could fill some of my prescriptions at Publix for free, but I don't because of the customer service and convenience of this pharmacy. I have never had a bad experience with the cashiers or pharmacy team. One pharmacy team member went above and beyond to help me with a manufacturer coupon code for one of my medications and spent over 30 minutes with me trying to figure it out. I have even had them to grab an item (milk or vitamins) off the shelf for me so I wouldn't have to get my sleeping child out of the car to grab it along with my medicine. I highly recommend this location!

My favorite Pharmacy, the manager always goes out of her way to help her customers.

I've never had a bad experience with the Pharmacy from prescriptions to getting my covid shot, always top notch.

I always stop here when I work in Pike Road. Great customer service and very convenient.

Friendly, helpful staff makes it a little better than the average franchise pharmacy.

It's good and convenient however they do not sell cigarettes.

Manager is super nice and always helpful. The pharmacy is way understaffed, and seems to struggle to keep up. I’ve used this store since it opened and the corporate office has ruined the pharmacy. I used to know the pharmacist and the staff but they ran them all off years ago. I feel for these people they try their best but there just aren’t enough of them and we all suffer because of it!

Over priced

Store was a little low on stock. There was no chocolate milk, which is the reason I went. And the photo computer was out of order.

Advertises free covid/flu shots but actually charges $65/flu and $190/Covid shots which is contrary to the CDC’s Bridge Access Program. I passed but decided to attend every public and party event I can when I get the flu or Covid. It's not illegal, yes?

Front counter staff were rude for no apparent reason. I needed a passport picture and girl seemed angry that I came in. Maybe it was a bad day but this will be the last time I use CVS.

There is one friendly guy in the pharmacy. The rest are as rude as they can be. Customer service is not something they were trained in. Would help to see a friendly, courteous staff when feeling unwell. Prescriptions are never ready on time. And they act like you’re the problem when waiting for your prescription. If there was another pharmacy near my house, i would have been done with them.

R. U. D. E. as all get out in the pharmacy. Can't speak for all the other employees but every single person in the pharmacy- RUDE. No smile, no greeting, not helpful, JUST RUDE. They don't know anything about customer service and they obviously don't know anything about how to run a pharmacy correctly.
