I would give zero stars if I could. This website has had no new inventory in MONTHS and most items say "sold out". I returned some clothes because of the poor quality and only received a gift certificate in exchange. They are telling me to come into the store if I don't like what is on the website or can't find anything in my size. I live in another state! I'm not driving all the way to VA for poor quality clothing.
Whitney just wrote to me that they might have some more inventory by August. It is JUNE!!!! Other stores have clothing inventory, why doesn't she? She also just launched an Amazon brand - why not put those clothes on her website to sell?!?! I have been arguing with Whitney about this since last year. I want my money back. Never shop here if you want good customer service or good quality clothing. I'm reporting this store.

I previously always had good experiences with this store, however, I am not happy with their customer service on a recent purchase. I called the store to ask about a recent order after not receiving any shipping updates for 3 weeks. At that point they told me there was an issue with inventory for the item I ordered. They did refund my money after I called, but I shouldn’t have had to call and ask for a refund for an order they did not fulfill. It seemed like they were hoping I would forget about the order so they could keep the money from my purchase. I will not order from this boutique again.

Horrible, if you buy something there doesn't fit or just as a gift for someone and they don't like it for whatever reason. You can ONLY return it for store credit even if there is nothing wrong with it and still has tags and receipt and return it 2 days after purchase.... Highly advise you not to shop there until they change there return policy.....
