I shop here regularly. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well kept.

Pharmacy staff are phenomenal. They work with me every time. When they are out of stock they are so helpful with getting my prescriptions filled at other locations. Never going back to CVS or Walgreens.

It warms my heart to know that there are still very nice young people out there that enjoy their job and are kind and courteous to us elders. I requested a special candy bouquet in the floral department, and Brittnie went above and beyond. I was very happy with the arrangement she made for me. If I could give her 10 stars, I would! 😍

Been going here for over 10 years.
It's a smaller store so sometimes it's difficult to get through aisles when they're stocking & product variety is a little lower.
Overall, though, this store is clean, organized, & well stocked. Customer service is great.

We always use this Smith’s for all of our shopping! It is closed, convenient, they have great deals all the time, not to mention the rewards but we mostly love the fantastic customer service! We would like to specifically name Melissa for her bubbly personality, her patience and efficiency. She was such a big help when I brought my elderly mother in the store and my mom was getting tired and worn out from shopping all day and Melissa jumped right in to assist us checking out and was so pleasant and understanding! Colette is always so cheerful when we see her and always stops to chat a moment and helps us if we ever need anything:) we love Smiths but it’s because of their employees is what makes shopping there so great!

The store lacks items here and there. What I love most about this store are the employees and cashiers. They are so friendly and personable. Many of them carry a great smile and it’s nice to go grocery shopping and feeling great energy. Especially because since the COVID19 lock down all we mostly do is go to the grocery store and go back home. I truly appreciate them for what they do and how hard they work. I hope management appreciates them too. Kudos for a lot of the dedicated employees!

Definitely cannot miss the bakery here. Bagels aren’t that good but if you have a sweet tooth, there is no shortage of goodies here. From the donuts, brownies or muffins, haven’t had a bad thing yet!

Later at night, they will move a rack near self check out that has clearance bakery goods on it, during the day, it’s in the back of the store near the diary case.

Kelly in the self check was awesome. I had a return and she took care of it right away. I ended up buying more than I wanted which always happens, but the service was so good I was glad to spend the money. Thank you Kelly

My favorite local grocery store; product prices range from similar to competitively priced depending on sales. The reward points are beneficial to savings in that the more you shop the more advantageous the rewards. I really like the appearance of the store in that it's well maintained; they have a clean interior and exterior and the parking lot doesn't have unattended shopping baskets like ain't other big brand warehouse type grocery stores. Also the store is well managed and they have a courteous staff. All in all, it's a great grocery store with all the things you've come to expect from a store plus now Smith's has introduced automated shopping...it's well worth checking it out.

I love this Smith’s and the staff is fantastic and friendly!! Everyone is so nice and the remodel is great! ❤ Also great selection and fresh items. The only thing I recommend is a way to keep your shopping carts from being taken off your property. Hate seeing them randomly around the area and in neighborhoods.

I went shopping at Smith for the first time today and I was very impressed. The store is large but not overwhelmingly large yet they have a good selection.
The deli meat is primarily Boar's Head which could be a little bit more expensive but it's worth it because it's much better for you.
They had a very nice fresh selection of fruits and vegetables. All the staff is friendly and they seem to be very helpful.
I have never bought an avocado before in my life but today I bought one because someone told me that a piece of avocado everyday cures reflux.
I asked the gentleman in the produce department how to select one that is ripe and he told me how so I have to say I'm very impressed.
A nice lady at the cash register got me set up with a Smith discount card in seconds and the gentlemen that bagged my groceries did an excellent job. He didn't put eggs with heavy items and bagged meat separately.
The store is well organized and very easy to shop and I would highly recommend you going here 😊

This is a nice Smith's. It has a few items I can't get at other stores, such as the large package of smoked salmon. The in-house sushi is very good, and all the deli foods seem very fresh. Prices aren't the best but if you shop with the sales, you can get very good bargains. I've never had any bad experiences with the workers either, they're always quick to help and with a good attitude.

I went shopping on Wednesday, January 6, 2022. I was checking out at about 8:48 pm.
Jennifer was my cashier and there was a young woman helping to bag my groceries. The young woman noticed there was a hole in one of my products and ran and got another one. The young woman (I wish I remembered her name) was very helpful and helped me a lot. I wish to thank her and Jennifer. Thank you.

The employees at this store treat me like family. Always helpful and smiling and efficient. The store is clean and the atmosphere is enjoyable. Jason the manager is wonderful as is Joe in the meat department and Megan in the flower department. ALL the employees are fantastic. Thank you Smiths.
Jason moved to Aliante and we don't know who the new manager is. We visit often but will probably move to Aliante. That store seems much better.

Easy in, easy out. Nice shaded parking on the east side of the parking lot for hot summer days. Mona at the self-checkout will always give you a smile and help you out when you need her. Jason will also always rush in to self-checkout when they are too busy and I mean rush in... he doesn't stand there and wait to be called in to help. I know he thinks he's probably just doing his job, but when someone runs over to a department to help out, you can tell he wants everyone shopping there to have a good experience... that is pretty awesome.

Ben, promote lyric. When all seemed lost, and I couldn't find my sons gluten-free bread, she went deep into the freezer sections that are off-limits to the guests to find his brand of gluten-free bread. I think she faced the abominable snowman and snow uphill both ways, barefoot. Promote, and God bless you guys!
PS, promote Ed as well. He's always had amazing customer service in the years that we've been coming here. He remembers even the most nuanced details about customers. Great guy!

I love this store I live for it. When we were trying to find someone who would blow balloons for us, at different stores, everyone was rude. We called Smith's and they worked for us to get the best balloon helium. I just wanna marry Smith's thank you for reading.

I may be a little biased since this is where I do all my shopping, but I guess there's a reason I keep going back. The staff here are always extremely helpful and friendly. I feel like the prices are fair and there are always sales and digital coupons that give me extra savings.

My prescriptions were not going through the with my insurance, and Michelle at the pharmacy took time, care, and ingenuity to get the problem resolved for me. Even though I was a frustrated customer. Thank you to Michelle and every one at the pharmacy counter.
