This is my local CVS and I am truly happy to share this amazing review. I am a heart transplant patient so I am a frequent customer to pick up my medicine at the pharmacy. I feel like every visit is truly pleasant from being greeted with a smile and getting the help I need. Huge thank you to Maribel for always making sure I receive my medicines on time. I have come to feel very fortunate to meeting such wonderful staff Margaret, Florian, Susan who made sure my husband got a sticker for his Covid19 vaccine, ( my husband is terrified of vaccines). Susan made sure to take such great care of my mom as well. Elijah is also an awesome leader to the whole team. I know I've left out much more names from helping my sweet baby girl niece Ava making her first purchase at CVS self check out. Thank you my local CVS. I truly appreciate you all dearly! ❤💯💥

Maribell and Margaret in the pharmacy helped me tremendously. I was finally able to get the help on a prescription my friend has been waiting for for almost a week. Team work makes the dream work! Blood pressure meds are kind of important. Thank you ladies and cvs Team. Margaret also assisted me with a pen while I needed one while making an important Dr appointment and sphep was busy working on my friend's prescription at the same time. Tha0nk you so much MnM. Very grateful.

i transferred my prescription to this store. i bought two bottles of wine for half price which was awesome. it saved me a trip to smith's. all the employees were friendly and helpful. i get coupons in my email to get 40 % off any item

COVID specialist Cindy Castillo was amazing she took me into her office and checked everything( COVID test, blood pressure , oxygen test, temperature, listened to my heart and my breathing went over herbs and meds I take and more. I do have COVID but she made things better.

My husband and have gone to this pharmacy for yrs.i only ever had 1 bad or rude employee in the pharmacy dept. I reported her. The pharmacist was very attentive ,listened to me. I've never since encountered another bad employee. Yes u may get someone u dont know as I think they have employees that cover different stores. They do deserve days off. Yes sometimes there is a ph wait as they have so many customers. We have found the techs and pharmacists very friendly ,kind, they help the best they can. It's not the closest to us, but so nice we stay with them. They deserve 10 stars!

One of the best CVS locations I have ever been to. Great customer service and had no problem finding what I needed. The employees Tim and Elijah and another girl from the pharmacy, whose name I can't remember, were super helpful in everything I was looking for and showing me every product they have that would fit my needs, they helped me look for over 20 minutes! Most places like Walmart and most Walgreens employees wouldn't even show you where the product is that you're asking for let alone give you attention for over 20 minutes. this CVS location really has their stuff together and they train their employees really well in terms of customer service and knowing where things are in their store.

I've ben coming to this CVS for 3 years, it's not too crowded and I can always find parking. The staff here are all very nice and friendly, especially Ben! Every single time I walk in, Ben welcomes myself and who ever else comes in behind me. He will check in to see if you need assistance, and is an all around positive person. His customer service skills are so awesome I was under the impression that he was a manager or possible supervisor. Thank you, Ben for always providing speedy and positive service when shopping at CVS. Also thank you to the new Manager Elyjah(congrats), for assisting me a few weeks ago.

Last night after 5pm despite busy time all staff & float female blond pharmacist helped us in a few minutes vs Smiths pharmacy in person & 2 Walgreens phone system & staff. RX also ready this am & drive through (female staff also very professional)vs late PM. I use to work at that Minute Clinic & know hard they work.

I went to this CVS May14th 2022 at about 11:20 a.m. I approach a young man working there named Antonio he stop whatever he was doing to assist me I was very impressed by that I also went to the CVS pharmacist they're always very kind I'm glad I transfer there.

This CVS pharmacy at the corner of Decatur Boulevard and Ann Road is my personal favorite place to get prescriptions filled, get a flu shot and take care of any other explicitly medication-related matters.

The pharmacy is significantly larger than the one in a competing Walgreens nearby and the service is also much quicker overall due to better staffing.

Shopping for personal care needs and other items is also often a worthwile undertaking, especially if you have a CVS ExtaCare card and have received an email notification or postal service mailing of one of the many 20 to 30% discount offers available throughout the year. Just be sure to get your free card either in a CVS store or online and then start saving!

Like Walgreens, CVS also sells their own store brand of over-the-counter medications and personal care items (such as mouthwash, cotton swabs, etc.) and a plethora of other items. You can always save a few extra bucks when purchasing the CVS or Walgreens versions of needed products of daily use instead of the comparable and inevitably more expensive leading brand names.

Your photography needs - whatever they may be - are best taken care of at a local Walgreens rather than at this or any other CVS pharmacy. Walgreens is simply better overall in this regard and Consumer Reports agrees.

Customer Service is always 100% Thank you Chris & Michaele for always being so Helpful !! Wish this location was a bigger store!! Always clean & stock with items that are going on promotion !! Also thanks to the Store Manager he a good leader !!

The Staff is very nice at this location even if I have to wait on a product they are quick about getting it to me. I would always use this location and want to see where it brings up things.

This pharmacy has always been professional, very pleasant to talk with, goes out of their way to help you with your perscriptions. I have been extremely satisfied with this pharmacy, won't go to another pharmacy, if it's not broken don't fix it

I love my CVS on ann and decatur. The pharmacy is fast. Competent staff is always a plus for me. You all rock

I called the CVS and asked about the flu shot and the tech was
very helpful and courteous on the phone.

Everyone is super nice here!! 👌 they always try to help you as much as they can.
