The UPS Store

I often visit UPS stores nationwide and usually find customer service lacking, but it was excellent here. The man with the deep voice and mustache working at noon on Feb 27 knew the process well and had great customer service skills, communicating effectively with everyone.

The staff especially Amanda, Dom & Mike are very friendly & professional. A very helpful team and the veterans deserve a raise since the mailbox prices went up. Just my professional opinion. Good employees are hard to find these days. Plus, they are open on Sundays until 3pm!!!!

After observing the very rude "service" received at the UPS store on Stephanie/Horizon, I was hesitant to go back to any UPS! Something triggered me to stop at the UPS store located at 213 N. Stephanie and I am sure glad I did. Both Mr. Rose and Madison provided the best service and have made a loyal customer of me. Thank you so much for the professionalism.

I was having a pretty tough day before I walked into this store. The store employee Dominic, was so positive and upbeat he changed my whole mood. He was also very helpful and professional. It’s very rare these days to come across good customer service with great attitudes but Dominic exudes both. I was very grateful to encounter him and will be bringing my business back because of him. The friendliest and most helpful UPS store I’ve ever been to! Well organized, everything you need and awesome employees.

I highly recommend this UPS location as they provided me with genuine care and professionalism. Recently, I used this UPS store to ship a very fragile computer component. The staff handled the component with the utmost care. The item arrived on time and, most importantly, in perfect condition. I will most definitely use their services again.

I was super happy they were open on a Sunday (I went in yesterday). Great customer service. Quick & efficient.

We came in on multiple occasions to inquire about a
lockbox! Janae, India, Amanda, and James were all
AMAZING! We have been coming to this location for
approximately 4 years and they have always been the
best. Way better than any other UPS in Las Vegas/
Henderson. We got our lockbox and they were so helpful! We will continue to get our mail sent there for years to come!

I was in this store today to have numerous photos color copied & Luigi assisted me with this project. Some of the photos took longer than others because of sizing issues but Luigi did a great job! Even though it took some time to get them all done Luigi stuck with it, he was extremely patient, & very professional & polite. UPS should be very proud to have such a stellar employee. ;)

This UPS is great! Parking always available right in front of the door, free printing if you are a seller sending boxes to Amazon, and the workers are always nice.

This location is great. The staff is very nice and makes sure to handle every package I’ve shipped with them with care. I’ve sent all my friends to this location and they all come back with positive reviews.

The guy there gave me great customer service and good information. Facilities were clean and in order.

Amanda is one of the best employees , her customer service is excellent.

After dealing with the UPS store up the street and getting such a horrible experience this store was delightful accommodating and a pleasant experience to deal with I highly recommend this UPS store avoid the one on horizon ridge and just go to the one on Stephanie it's just a much better experience
