This is the place to go,Cory's customer service skills and helpfulness in getting the best value for your dollar. And in today's world who doesn't want value for their dollar. More bang for the buck is this guy's motto. He helped in getting a better plan,and a better phone by just taking the time to make it happen for my wife.

This is the best AT&T store I have ever been to. The sales rep who helped me was Kenneth. I was a walk in and he took me right away. Explained my issue of what I wanted to purchase and he was very helpful. I was in there maybe 10 minutes because he was that good of a sales rep. Usually at other AT&T stores I am in there for hours it seems. This store location I will be going to from now on and Kenneth was the best. Thank you!

Walked into the store and Both reps greeted me and Josh was extremely helpful and set up my phone in record time! Very helpful in showing accessories! He said if I have any problems or questions just come back on Tuesday with a list!AAA++++service from both representatives!

Frank (the manager; I’m pretty sure that’s his name) was incredibly helpful. I usually dread going into phone stores because they take forever and try to upsell on everything. But Frank actually made this experience ENJOYABLE. He was direct, to the point, fast, and handled everything efficiently and easily. Going into the store was actually easier than doing it online. Best and quickest AT&T store experience I’ve had. Went October 15th about an hour before close and got a new phone in 20 minutes. The exact phone I’ve been wanting. Best service I’ve had. Sorry I forget your name bro but thank you!

So I went to the henderson store and had the best customer service I've had in a long time.
The lady was on top of her game. She even came in on her day off to help me. So in my opinion she deserves ten stars. Kudos to AT&t for hiring this wonderful woman.

Tremendous service by Robert. He patiently explained all our options and ended up not only improving our plan but saved us money as well. Robert spent more than an hour with us less than tech savvy folks to resolve an issue we had, which was not even an AT&T issue. This store, due to Robert, is by far the best AT&T store of several we have visited. Shame not all employees are as dedicated to customer service as Robert. Bonus - bilingual as well (English/Spanish) both perfectly. Thank you Robert and kudos!
