I work with many people helping them ship packages and notarizing documents. So I've been to different UPS stores. My personal experience has been excellent from the employees and more than excellent from the owner. Expect to receive great service, professionalism, patience and, above all, many smiles. GRACIAS!!

Jubilee that helped me was amazing. Greeted me upon my entering the store, asked how he could assist me and helped me to do what I went into the store for!!

I've been coming here for years and have consistently received great service -- always courteous, pleasant, competent. I recently left something on an airplane. A staff member created a shipping label and emailed it to Delta for me to get the item back. Above and beyond.

The customer service I received from Margo at this UPS Store was fantastic she went above and beyond for me. They really know how to take care of business! The line of customers in front of me were helped quickly. I got done what I needed and was on my merry way. They even have a convenient tape station available for packaging.

I am a regular customer at this UPS Store (1213 N Sherman Ave, Madison WI). I have always found the staff to be friendly, efficient, and very professional during every visit. They respond well to any unusual requests, and frequently point out different shipping and packaging options that save me time and money. During the last year the store has been especially busy, and the staff have still continued to serve their customers in a fast, friendly, and safe manor. I recommend them highly.

My first time here and they were so helpful!!! Great service and made me feel very comfortable and accepted here. They answered all my questions and it's just very good people that works here. Never been to a place that made me feel this good. Definitely will go back if I ever needed to ship or pack.

I highly recommend this UPS store. I have been here several times now and every time I receive excellent customer service. One employee in particular! (I should’ve asked his name!) They have been helpful in assisting with packing options and printing labels, informing me of the taping/packing station so I don’t need to bring my own supplies and providing free label covers to make life easier! Thank you for making it an easy and pleasant visit!

My work uses this location to check in/send packages. The staff is friendly, Helpful and knowledgeable. Lucinda and Brad are great to work with. They really care about there customers needs. Recently Lucinda help me deal with issues I had with packages I mailed for work. She helped guide me through the processes of trying to resolve the issue, told me who to contact and explained to me how to ask for a refund for a package that was not delivered on time. She was more helpful than the UPS customer service reps I spoke to on the phone about the Issue. Lucinda is patient when working with customers and has been very patient training the new associate (worker) at the UPS Store. Overall I would definitely recommend this Location of the UPS store for your shipping, printing and copying needs.

James was very helpful when I came to return a package. He informed me of the best way to send my package the next time and gave me a couple packing envelops for my labels. A very genuine person.

James was a big help when it appeared my package was in no-man’s land. He looked it up three different ways and helped me figure out what was going on. Great service

I'm a regular at this UPS store and definitely recommend them! I'm usually dropping off packages but the rare moments where I've needed help with shipping James was always very helpful and patient with me. Also a bonus that it's close to home!

I visited the Sherman Ave store on 3/6/18. Lucinda and James were very helpful and patient. Convenient parking. Staff assisted me in shipping very heavy, cumbersome, valuable, and fragile surgical equipment. Stellar customer service! Highly recommend this business because of the customer service.
