AT&T Store

I think this store is very wonderful and the most helpful. Jordan and Skylar and Store Manager Tayler were very helpful. They were very friendly and I left with a smile!!!! This is an amazing place and this is where I will only go for future transactions! The service at the Dubuque location is horrible and I recommend NO ONE to go to the dubuque location.

FANTASTIC customer service from the manager Tayler! She has truly gone above and beyond to help us with all our needs! If she doesn't have the answers she doesn't stop until she figures it out and gets the answer... i definitely recommend stopping in and talking with her!

Great service from Je'mik at the Prairie du China location. We were on hold for over 2.5 hours with customer service, which was incredibly annoying, but Je'mik was calm but firm with each person we were incorrectly transferred to in order to get us taken care of. Many thanks to him!

We were visiting from Chicago over the holidays and my father needed a new phone. We stopped in this store and I can't express how happy we were that we didn't get his phone in Chicago. Tayler (manager), Jake and Ricky all helped my dad select a new phone, get it set up and even gave him a Tips and Tricks tutorial. The customer service was phenomenal, and we ended up paying less than we would have in Chicago. Thanks so much to Tayler and her team for an incredible experience!

The store manager Tayler and the staff went above and beyond to try and help me get my phone working when I was outta town. It's probably one a top customer service I have gotten in a phone store or any store. Thank you so much to them for doing way more then they needed to. They are great.
