Nonn's

We came in to Nonn's with some vague ideas about hardwood floors for a house we might be purchasing and Gina greeted us immediately, offered drinks, and gave us a lot of useful ideas about types and colors of flooring even though she knew we weren't in a position to order anything. AMAZING customer service!

The front desk is very nice and friendly! They were helpful and knowledgeable! Can't wait to come back!

They were great! They will be here on thursday too help us on our choice of cabinents and flooring.

Terrible!!!!!! My builder used them. After our experiences will never shop or recommend them to anyone. Great selection of product, but that’s all I can say nice about the experience. We spent a lot of money there to have to have gone through that. Thank goodness for my builder who took care of everything to correct what Nonn’s didn’t.

One example. Installer broke my railing while putting in the floor and was going to leave it. Tried to cover up mistakes. Pieced together a section of floor with caulk. I have installed flooring before and wouldn’t have put that under a refrigerator! I could go on about a few other installs. Felt like my builder had to manage the projects. Very unprofessional!!!!!!!!

Friends have had similar experiences. I would buy from Home Depot or Menard’s before I’d ever step foot in there again. If you want nice product that looks like it was installed by a random person of the street, or a child, go with them.

We recently bought some countertops at Nonn's. We LOVED the countertops once they were finally in but it took them 6 times to get everything installed. They were missing back splashes, one of the countertops had scratches on it and they still installed it, and their installers didn't show up when we were told they would be here. The lack of communication and follow up was below expectations. If asked is we would purchase anything from Nonn's again I would have to say no. One star is generous. Very disappointed!!!

Nicole helped us find a tile. Don was prompt and courteous. However, after 3 face to face meetings, there was lots of miscommunication and they did not do what we discussed with them. They conveniently left out the front curb edge on the floor and said they weren't sure if we wanted to do that. Even though it is what we asked and dixcussed at length. No one called to ask us if there were still questions about whether we wanted something different. Nicole's email said "shower only" so I she thinks that means she didn't include the strip of tile along the front edge of the curb along with the waterproof membrane that was recommended by Don. To be clear, this was only a shower repair, not a remodel, so we didn't ask for a quote on anything other then the shower repair. Also, the tile guy made some additional recommendations and we agreed to pay for those, but they didn't do what we, the customer, asked them to do. They didn't grout the floor or caulk the edges around the floor (though it was written in the contract). I thought the contract we agreed on included everything we discussed, because the contract said "bullnose tile on the bench and curb" and we talked about a bullnose tile on the floor edge of the curb. They agreed to come back and do the grout, but want to charge more to do what we asked. They'd also have to remove some of the tile they just installed in order to do the waterproof membrane that Don recommended. We're hoping to resolve this soon!

Went asking for a quote to replace our counter tops. We sent in our dimensions 3 days later. It's been 3 weeks and no quote yet. Counter top business must be on fire this year. Will look elsewhere...
