Shoe Carnival

This is the shoe store my family and I usually go to, to buy back to school schools for our kids, or just every day shoes for us. They have a big selection. And great prices! They also usually have a deal of buy one pair and get the other half off! That works out so great since we have 4 children. We will Always be loyal customers to this store and their amazing employees!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHOE CARNIVAL!!! This is our ONLY place we buy our shoes! We remember when it used to be by catos. Also wanna say that this one is newly remodeled & it looks FANTASTIC the employees done a GREAT JOB!

I was on a mission to find some new everyday shoes and shoe carnival helped me accomplish that mission. My problem was finding a good selection of wide fit shoes, I didn't want to just settle. Shoe carnival had a good selection and I was able to narrow down to two pairs (I almost bought two pair) of shoes. A pair of Skechers had the casual and classy look I was going for so I choose them. Thanks to Caleb the in-store associate for helping me locate the wide fit shoes they had to offer. Also, being a Veteran, I'm always a fan of a company that gives a Veteran discount. Anything helps! Staff are knowledgeable and upbeat. If they don't have your size, it is an option to have it ordered and shipped to your home. Frequent sales, too.

We try to help out grandkids by purchasing shoes from time to time. We found an excellent selection of styles and sizes for our 5 year old grandson. More than usual. A bit more expensive than outlet prices, but worth it for the quality and convenience. We were all tired and ready to go home. It only took 15 minutes in the store and we were finished! Staff friendly and helpful without hovering. Also purchased a big packet of quality socks for a bargain price. Will definitely come back.one other One specific thing that was helpful here: This grandchild was needing a half size shoe which they varies and had plenty of. Hard to find half sizes

Was looking for some shoes for my dad and was successful.

In and out very quickly. Found exactly what we were looking for and at a great price as well. Staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.

Needed some wide toe work shoes for my daughter cause she stands 8hrs a day. Should have asked the guy who helped us for his name cause he was great.

Normally, I hate buying shoes. I had no idea what brand to get. The cashier paged a man named Jay (the manager) to help me.
He was amazing. He asked me a few questions about usage, budget and sizing. I tried on two pairs, a few modifying insoles. He answered some questions about functionality and durability, instantly. He was super attentive, and nice, and knew his stuff. I was out in less than 20 minutes, and under budget.
I was honestly shocked. It went from a dreaded task, to done with surprise free time. I will go back, and send my family.

I had a wonderful experience here!! The young lady who helped me was amazing!! I wish I could remember her name to recognize her. She was extremely helpful in finding me the right boot. I had ankle surgery 3 months ago and have to wear a particular size/type of shoe and she was very patient and found for me several different pairs to try on until I found the right one that wouldn't affect my scar area and would accommodate for the swelling I still experience. Thank you Shoe Carnival lady!! Excellent customer service will bring me back here!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went in just to browse, and wound up buying some Crocs that were on sale for my toddler. I saw a pair of sandals I wanted and they didn't have them in my size but they offered to order them for me and said they would be shipped to my house, so I thought that was a nice option to have.

Went looking for Basketball shoes for my son, didn't find any he liked, but I ended up with a nice pair of Hey Dudes, and a rewards account. Very help employees. Definitely recommend shopping at this store

I was greeted by a smiling employee as I walked into the store and offered assistance. When I was ready to leave he walked me to the cash register and an equally cheerful cashier handled my purchase. A very pleasant experience!

This store is very well stocked and the people here are super helpful! We always find what we need and the staff are right there to assist you in any way they can. Super friendly, and great environment!
