Petar is a walking encyclopedia who clearly loves his work. Both he and Nick were very understanding and helpful. I rely on my bike to maintain my mental health; when it's down, so am I. Unfortunately, I lack deep pockets. Their understanding of this and effort to get me back on the road quickly while minimizing my expenses are GREATLY appreciated! When they found they didn't have the spokes for my wheels, they sent me to a business competitor. Wow! This referral was a sign of class and confidence, and contributed to me becoming a huge Wheel & Sprocket fan!

Very high quality service with associates that really take care of you even if the store is busy. Was very impressed with our whole experience. They fixed an issue that another store caused (not a wheel and sprocket store). Very appreciate of their time and help.

The bike mechanic is wonderful and a one-of-a kind. I call him the bike whisperer. He takes time to explain the ills of your bike. I trust him and feel I'm only getting work done that needs to be done.

The staff here is great. I needed a tire repaired and they had it done in 10 minutes. All the times they've helped me with purchases or services it's been a great experience. Very friendly and know their stuff.

My husband and I purchased two e-bikes from Wheel and Sprocket this month. It was such a great buying experience. Lori helped us select what she thought would work best for our biking needs. She was a wealth of information and spent a lot of time with us. We went back to pick them up this week and Kris was awesome in giving us a great "inservice" for our new e-bikes. We also purchased a bike rack. Kris explained how it works and assisted in helping us put on the car and load the bikes. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We've purchased bikes from Wheel and Sprocket before and they continue to excel at what they do!

I’ve purchased two bikes here over the years that were perfect and served my needs well. Most recently, a bike damaged by taking it on/off a bike rack was fixed quickly by a very kind associate who even helped me get it back in my van. This place is the only place I’ll go for any cycling needs!!

The salesperson was especially helpful and patient when helping me order my “Townie” bike, answering my many questions. The turnaround from ordering to assembly was quick, and they did a great job!

Shout out to Kris! I brought my recomvent bike in today due to inability to fill my tire. Kris changed the tube and I was able to ride my bike today. 15 minutes and done. I love the great friendly service here!!

If you are looking to purchase a EVO Terratrike or equal. I found Wheels & sprocket - Brookfield to have the best selection and can get you what you need. The manager who we worked with was exceptional! We just upgraded our (2) Rovers 8 speed to (2) new TerraTrike EVO. We now Have to get used to new shifting of gears instead twisting the handle. At least we now have electric assist for us seniors. Now we need to sell our gently used TerraTrikes.

Store is very efficiently managed. Excellent service people. A great selection of motorized and unmotorized recumbent trikes, and accessories.

Very knowledgeable and helpful! This is where I will be buying my next bike. I went to the Bayview location and walked around for 20 minutes with no help or acknowledgement that I was even there. The Franklin location acted like I was wasting their time.

Every single person that I came in contact with at Wheel & Sprocket in Brookfield was very friendly, patient and informative. Even though I didn’t spend thousands of dollars on a top of the line bike, they helped me with my choice and when I realized I wanted a bike with more speeds, they took this one back no questions and are building my seven speed as we speak!
