Carpet Depot Woodstock...what a find. Our first interaction was with Jeremy Eaves and he was phenomenal. Helped us find our perfect LVP flooring and carpet in a matter of minutes. Matt was able to come out in a few days to get all of our rooms measured and we were put on the schedule to be installed that same week. Juan and his team were superb in getting all of the old flooring up and new down in just 2 days. We are very happy with the quality of product from Carpet Depot and the level of service received from Jeremy, Matt and Juan. Fair pricing, quick service and friendly staff. I love the new carpet on my stairs! Everyone at the Woodstock store was awesome helping me pick it out and the installers were on time, courteous and cleaned up well. I’d definitely recommend Carpet Depot for all carpet needs.

Truly enjoyed dealing with the staff at Carpet Depot. They are extremely patient and friendly! The finished product is fantastic…we love our soft, squishy theater carpet! Highly recommend using them, they are so easy to work with.

Cassidy had us scheduled for the same week and had the job finished in one day which was such a blessing before we hosted our family for Thanksgiving! Carpet-Depot did a terrific job installing our carpet. Jeremy came to measure the space within the hour after I stopped by the showroom. He got me a quote on the same day. They ordered my carpet on a Thursday and it was installed on the following Monday in just a few hours. The crew was fast and polite and everything looks great!!! Highly recommend!

I had gone elsewhere before finding Carpet-Depot. If I didn’t find Carpet Depot I would still be waiting for my measuring appointment with the other company which was scheduled two weeks out. Then I would have had to wait for the carpet to come in and schedule install.

Carpet Depot was a great experience from the moment I walked in the door until the job was complete. Jeremy spent so much time with me in the showroom because I tend to ask alot of questions. Only when I was leaving did I realize that they would have closed 45 minutes earlier. The product is top quality, the installation rates were more than fair and the installers were not only experts, but great guys. I just can't give them enough kudos.

Carpet Depot is great!!! We had hardwood floors put down yesterday and they are beautiful!! The crew was timely and so professional and so fast! Today we had carpet installed in a bedroom and family room. Again, the crew was fantastic! We are so pleased. Kerrie was great to work with, pricing was great, overall an A+++++ experience!

Carpet depot was very attentive to my needs the second I walked into the store. I took home some samples that day, house was measured two days later and installed about 3 weeks later on a Saturday. Carpet looks awesome and installation was quick and efficient.

Great selection, comparable prices and great customer service through whole process with Kerri. Needed a stair runner to help protect our hardwood stairs from two 80 lb dogs running up and down. Kerri had great advice on type of carpet, how the different options I narrowed down would wear over time and let me take sample books home to “sleep on it” and see my selections in my home. Install was professional, quick and I’d highly recommend them to anyone with carpet needs!
