Phenomenal store, the staff are very friendly and the store has a very big selection of everything. I personally live close to the Hamburg GameStop but make the drive to Richmond just because how much I really like this store. I highly recommend this store, not only to the people of Richmond but to everyone.

I love the Richmond Gamestop. The employees are super friendly and knowledgeable in addition to having a lot of pride in their store. They have an excellent selection of video game based toys as well as several awesome items often on clearance price. Worth the visit if you have any gamers in your family!

They didn't have my TotK pre-order wooden plaque but who cares, it's literally a piece of wood. 10 out 10, would shop again.

Always fabulous. Never had a single issue with any employee the entire time the store has been in Richmond. Treated with respect everytime I'm there including every black Friday event, midnight releases or when I'm just browsing. Great store.

I haven’t been lived in Richmond long but this is the best GameStop I’ve ever been to. Coming from Indiana, this store is different in surprising ways.

just picked up the new madden and i received help from Rez and Jason. they were both super helpful and very easy to work with.
they also shared some information about upcoming games and were able to shed some light on the internal battle i wage regarding the purchase of a next gen console. i wll absolutely be coming back to shop here again.

it's nice when you go to a gaming store and see people who have a working knowledge of games and systems.

Great place for new and used games and accessories. The new rewards program of $5 a month credit over the bonus off used games is a great plus, since it can be used for anything in the store, not just games.

I go here quite often to buy games great people fun place to spend time and money some stuff is pricey I always hit the clearance bins there are many hidden gems. chase and the rest of the team are great guys and gals stop in say hello stay awhile

Much bigger than my local Game Stop sad they didn't have amiibos in stock but they've got a very nice clearance section. Spoke with Logan who was very polite and friendly. Would come back to this location

Attendant was helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to buy a 3yo game for $15 that was still on Xbox for $49, so it saved me money! I have to give a 5-Star for that.

Went to return a headset I didn't need within 15 days of purchase. Berea wouldn't honor their return policy but the shift manager Brandon was incredibly helpful and understanding.

Nice staff and the manager I dealt with was very nice and knowledgeable. He dealt with my return and was kind and offered alternatives. I will be back.
