Had what i needed quickly n the staff was wonderful. Wish other stores had staff like them that night. I went home very happy n how they made us feel b4 and after the purchases. Highly recommended. 😊👍

Love how close it is to my home, parking is a bit congested sometimes, but it's always a quick trip. Excellent location to find some rare Hot Wheels for $.94 cents. Bought them all!

Of course this H-E-B is my Neighborhood Grocery Store. What I really enjoy is that I can walk in and know exactly where to go for everything that I need of course till they change it again. But for now the employees are very friendly and willing to help you out but one thing I'm unhappy about is that they have recently raised their prices again. This is really hard to accept specially for people like me that live on disability. Other than that it's a great store.

Nice HEB in Windcreast, TX. One of the older stores but if I didn't live here, I couldn't even imagine how long it has been it it's location. Very clean, well arranged, excellent selection of everything from dairy products, fresh fruits and veggies, great meats and a large array of garb and go meals for any taste. No waiting in line even though it was busy. Partners are pleasant, accommodating and the smiles reflect how much HEB appreciates them.

12/6/23. I went there today to buy salt for my water conditioner. My local HEB was out of what I use. I couldn't find it, so I asked a young lady associate who told me I had walked right past it, that it was at the front of the store. I returned but did not see the usual stacks of 25 and 40 pound bags of salt. I asked a young male associate standing there but he didn't know what a water conditioner was. I explained it to him and that the salt was needed to make it work properly. He told me it was on aisle 18. He was correct. Aisle 18.
had salt. Table salt in small cans. I gave up and drove to the Austin Highway HEB and found the 25 pound bags of salt I needed. Only one small problem. I am 82 years old, and it is difficult for me to pick up 25 pounds of dead weight. I managed two bags, but the third one was beyond my strength. I paid for them, grateful to have found them. Still had to get them from the cart into the Trunk of my car. I am delighted to say that I managed that, too.
No.one was at fault here. It is simply that everything in every store is not located in the same places. And there are a lot of people in the stores thisbtime of the year. One white haired woman struggling to lift bags of salt in an area outside the interior of the store isn't being ignored, just not being seen.

I was in San Antonio today and went to HEB on Montgomery Rd. Fully stocked, fresh produce and as always friendly staff.

Great customer service by many of the cashiers. Most of them have been at this location for years and it's nice to see a familiar face. Even above the friendliness, those who know us will even ask how our family is doing or ask about my kiddos. We are frequent customers and value the many amazing cashiers. Not to mention the very hard working cart gatherers, the employees who offer great samples and explain deals/coupons/MyHEB app, the security staff on sight, and some good management.

Great pharmacy team. Great customer service at checkouts. I have not had any disappointments. Love this H.E.B. Keep up the great job. 👍

I go to HEB and compare prices with Walmart.
Sometimes there's more quality food at HEB.
Still I go with whoever has the lowest price . I went to Walmart yesterday they had green hard avocados. I went to HEB the avocados are ready to eat.

The store is a lot bigger inside than appears from the outside. Easy quick in-and-out provided even on a Saturday afternoon.

HEB ever let's me down, they have everything I need, sometimes at the last minute. They are always coming out with new products.

Clean store, friendly staff, well stocked. I usually go in when I need specific things that I can't get at the michocana or for the bakery or deli. The food cooked in store is delicious. And the sushi is affordable and fresh.

Huge grocery store, has almost everything I need. Good, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I go here to pick up my meds sometimes. It's as good a place as any I suppose. They don't always have what I need, don't always call to let know when a script is ready, but they are always eager to be of assistance. I appreciate that. Update here, I was very harsh and shouldn't have been. I apologize. The store has made some very good changes and has more variety than my usual go to store. Those behind the pharmacy are extremely helpful and always available to me, and the fam, going that extra mile. And they actually offer help out to my car, and here I thought that was a bygone courtesy. Not so at HEB on Walzem Rd. Thanks y'all for your service.

Fresh produce and friendly service..Who needs more

It was Thursday evening and not packed at all. Everyone was super nice and helpful trying to find some specific items and they helped us out. We LOVE H-E-B!!!
