Keith Was Amazing. Took the initiative to ask if i had a particular person I usually deals with. Met all expectation. explained all the options available bundles and promotions. A++ for Keith's service

Trey was lovely. Brought in a phone I ordered online for a case, screen protector and to transfer my data/settings. He was new but did an excellent job and was a pleasure to pass the wait time with. Friendly and very helpful. Thanks again!

I was having major difficulties with our business phone getting a number ported back to AT&T from another carrier. This problem had gone on for days, several phones had been bought and a lot of money and time spent trying to resolve the issue. We went in to my trusty AT&T store on 28th because they are always helpful. Rebecca and KP both worked really hard to solve the issue. They stayed beyond store hours and were so patient, even though it was a crazy issue. We are so grateful for them and highly recommend them. They are so kind and professional!

Great experience! Trey was was ready and willing to help me as soon as I came through the door. Got my stuff moved over to my new phone and my old one ready to trade in.

We visited the store in Pine Bluff on west 28th st. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. We had a couple things we needed help with. The lady helping us was Lynnae Garner she was the absolute best. She was very professional and had everything handled in a timely manner. I would recommend this store but most of all I would recommend Lynnae she was the best!

Came into the store today needing a new phone was kinda bummed out about it. But Rebecca was awesome with helping assist me with my upgrade!! Greeted me with a warm smile and I ultimately left with my new phone!! Thank God for some great workers left!!! Thank you Rebecca!!

I was dealing with a phone disaster! I went into the store for immediate assistance only to find out there were more problems trying to port my numbers over. My previous carrier didn't want to release the information. Rebecca, KP, and Keith stayed with me after store hours working out my problem. Luckily, they were able to get the problem resolved! They went over and beyond (and stayed as it poured down raining). I'm pleased. Great service!

Rebecca was awesome. We had trouble porting our phones over from Verizon and she got it done. She and her co-workers were the best. Highly recommend going into this store, they are all very great people.

I was with T-Mobile and the customer service at their store was complete trash. I was able to go into this AT&T store, switch my services to them and keep my same number. Rebecca was an ANGEL! And Diana was a delightful help as well. I am extremely happy! Thank you!

Ok everything was good with the store very informative with internet and tv with my streaming account..I will definitely recommend any customers to this store .
