CVS

I shop at CVS often. They have an amazing group of humble and knowledgeable associates. They carry a multitude of products. It’s my go to pharmacy when I am in need of something, i.e. health, beauty, cards, snacks, candy, drinks, prescriptions and more. I always find what I need otherwise the associates are always willing to help me find the product. It is also refreshing to walk into a clean and organized establishment. I love CVS, its associates and its proximity to my home. Thank you to the management and staff.

I was having trouble finding acidophilus, and two team members went out of their way to help me find the product. We did find it, and I so appreciated their time and effort and helping me. Happen too many places!

Here is a great example of a pharmacy technician that went the extra mile and more to help a customer. Around 9pm on Tuesday June 21 I went to CVS pharmacy on West Charleston and Town Center Dr. I was there to fill a prescription that the doctor that performed a surgery on my wife a day earlier forget to give us. He discovered it during a follow up phone call 24 hours after the surgery. He stated that it is imperative that the medication be applied starting immediately.
At CVS they were out of this medication. I explained to a pharmacy technician by the name of Monique how important it was for me to get the medication to my wife tonight. Despite being somewhat busy, Monique started calling various CVS pharmacies all over town. It took a dozen calls, but she found the medication in Henderson and made sure that it is being held for me. This type of customer service is always welcome and appreciated, but when it's done when you really need it, you can't help but call that amazing technician an angel.

Brenden who works at this 10400 w Charleston store is awrsome. I was having issues with a coupon and he went above and beyond to help me. He didn't lose his cheerful attitude the whole time even with a line forming. Ghats great customer service on his part. Thank you brenden

I've been to a bunch of pharmacies so I'll start off with that this is probably one of the busiest cvs pharmacies in the city. Although the volume is incredibly high (I once waited in line for 10 minutes even with all three registers open), the pharmacy team is incredible! They go out of their way to help resolve all my problems and exceed my expectations. The pharmacy is well kept and clean.

Be patient with them as they probably deal with a lot of angry patients trying to grab their prescriptions and go as if it's a fast food restaurant. Try to be understanding with what they have to go through every day to help us out.

This pharmacy has recently had a change in management and the service has improved dramatically. The employees make an effort to greet customers as soon as they approach the pharmacy, and make an effort to provide efficient service. If I'm in a hurry, I can count on prompt service, but can also count on the staff to help me find a product in an aisle if I need it. If one of my prescriptions is out of stock, I'm always notified ahead of time, and have even had the staff provide alternate locations that have the product in stock without any prompting.

I came into the W Charleston location on Oct 21, 2021 around 1:30 pm, grabbed my items and headed to the front to checkout. I stood in line for self checkout waiting for my turn as Paula, the store manager, was assisting a customer with self checkout.

The customer was frustrated by the self checkout machine, ignoring the prompts it was clearly speaking to her and decided to take out her frustration and confusion on Paula with a very harsh tone and still would not listen to the clear instructions both Paula and the machine were voicing.

Paula did a splendid job being professional and courteous with this customer and yet still the customer gave Paula unending attitude and shortness but Paula was respectable the whole time. After the customer left Paula helped me out, was extremely nice and great to work with. I would gladly come to your location whenever Paula is on the floor!

I have always had positive shopping here.
A+ treatment too.
It is busy, but I am always able to get in and out at reasonable time.
Do not know why the low rating. I like this location.

This CVS pharmacy location is one of the busiest I have been to. Pharmacist Sue and the techs are great. Especially dealing with what I am sure is high volume on a daily basis and some of the not so pleasant customers I have seen when I have been there.

I get my flu shot here each year. In and out in 10 minutes!

The people are great. I am sure dealing with seniors who are rude, hard of hearing and demanding because their time on earth is limited must be difficult. I have corrected my share of geriatrics who are snooty to staff. I find the store to be clean and the service satisfactory. Pharmacy technicians do the job very well. They are the busiest in the Vegas Valley. Happy to be a customer.

I called ahead to see if a product was available in-store to confirm that was website was correct with stock.

I was greeted by Sue on the phone, she confirmed the product was available in-store and after I requested she was nice enough to put my items aside.

I picked up the items shortly after I called.
Sue was great and I'm super appreciative of her customer service. Thanks again Sue!

Nathan at CVS excels in customer service. His patience and skill in obtaining passport photos for our newborn was remarkable. I have never seen someone with as much compassion, skill, and patience. The world needs more people like Nathan.

CVS at 10400 W. Charleston has the best staff, and best pharmacy. The people are all so friendly and helpful and I love all the extra bucks I get.

What I like this CVS is the location. Easy to drive in and out. Enough parking. The service both at the pharmacy consultants counter at cashier is reasonably fast. You can also do other things around, Albertsons, Chevron Nearby and many other places to eat.

This location is not only convenient but also very well managed. Staff are personable and offer to assist.
