Dollar General

This is a fairly new store, building, and equipment. So it's not beat-up looking, like the older ones are. I bought everything I went in for. Nothing was out-of-stock. And I found a cart full of clearance items at 90% off. Customer service was very nice, too. I was quite happy and content when I left the store.

I did love it however the new manager that took over a few months ago does not know how to keep up a store or help you find anything place is a disaster all the time cards full of boxes that need to be put away on the Shelf trash on the floor dangerous for people to go into and you never can find what you need is not due to covid-19 it's due to not taking my time and putting it away on the Shelf I've heard different conversations through workers about the store some have to be up at the register and the same ones have to be putting it on the Shelf but nine times out of 10 they're in the breakroom just sitting down a lot of times they hoard stuff in piles that they're going to buy it and tell you that it's not for sale and then you watch them purchase it also seemed people going out to the dumpster if I pass by certain times of the night that our workers that put items in the trash pull them out and take them home and my car we used to love to shop there what's the time we will go to the other one down the road from the store they're much nicer and so is the store when we only live one minute away from this location it's a disaster the rest of your stores are courteous kind and clean thank you for serving the community

Ok.. This Dollar General is awesome. If you take your time and look you can find all sorts of neat trinkets!! The ladies that work here treat you like an old friend. Customer Curiosity is fading fast everywhere but here..

I was hit in the parking lot by a car backing up in December and the manager, or clerk, a very nice older lady wearing glasses stayed with me and held my hand until the ambulance arrived. I am so grateful for her! I'd give her a raise, or a bonus, if I could!!

Awesome store! Everything I need, & close to home. Cashiers are so polite, & friendly. Couldn't ask for a better place to shop. 💕

This particular location gets the 5-star rating! Always clean with friendly staff. It also has an easy in and out parking lot.

As always I always find everything I need and if I can find it they are very helpful the workers you have there I would share this with all of my friends and family

Employee's are curtious and always willing to help ..clean and well managed ..always have what i need never out of stock.will always shop here ....employee's are friendly.

The store on Fulton/Nappanee street is cleaner and more organized than the one on Bristol st.

I didn't go into the store my husband did. They had what we needed and he was out of the store very quickly.
