Assistant manager Dylan very helpful. Got a new battery purchased and installed in no time. Helps having a store that is aware of the needs called another auto store nearby and after a long wait on hold got some attitude about The price the core charge and the assistance needed or loaning of tools. Recommend O'Reilly's.

They were super nice they helped me with what I needed had it there at the store and they were very good about everything it also had clean bathrooms it was clean

Really great store nice to go in and actually have someone who knows what a car is actually had a competitor of yours their the new No Parts Available and not you all know who I'm talking about 😂 had a young man ask if my Camaro was Ford Camaro I should have told him yes and watched him search anyway I shop here now and 👍

Mad props to the team today. Unfortunately the battery I needed was not in stock, but they were quick and happy to help me identify a bad battery and get me setup at the closest location that had it in stock.

I called and ordered parts over the phone. When I got there, they informed me that unfortunately one of the parts I ordered was out of stock. He upgraded my brake pads to premium ceramic at no additional charge. They were fast, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Employee Dennis was so incredibly helpful. I was broken down at a nearby store and went to O'Reilly for a new battery. When Dennis found out I would be walking with the heavy battery he put it on a dolly and walked it back to my car. Once at my car I remembered my tools had been taken out of the car a few days earlier. Dennis went to his car and brought back his tools and replaced the battery. He even told me the proper sequence to remove the cables. Fantastic, above & beyond customer service.

Pete and Nick were so helpful! My husband went in yesterday and needed a headlight put in my car. It is not easy putting a headlight in the type of car I have, but they did it! They thought they were going to have to possibly take part of the front end off of my car in order to get the headlight in. They were willing to do it, however, they were able to do it without having to do that! I would definitely recommend O'Reilly's to anyone! Every time we have had to go in there for anything they have been extremely helpful and courteous! Definitely I give a 5-star to O'Reilly's and definitely to Pete and Nick. Thank you so much!

They were very nice and helpful. The poor guy had to go out in the rain to read the error message on my car's computer. (It wasn't raining when I left the house trying to beat the rain.) Bhe did it without complaint.

Great service! Didn't have the part I needed, but another location was in stock. They had it rushed to my location, and I had what I needed, after a few hours.

Very helpful and polite. Always willing to step outside to help or replace parts. Every customer that walks in the door gets acknowledgement and feels welcome.

The employees are so helpful and will actually take the time to help you find you need as well as answer any questions you may have 🙂

Close to home for quick parts. Usually use rock auto but in a pinch O'Reillys is my place to go. Staff and inventory are usually better than other chain stores. IMO
