I like this BJ's it is always clean and the staff is very helpful. I never have a problem finding what I need and the check out process is rather quick.

A beautiful place suitable for the family, but it is missing things that could make it more popular

Love it, especially the express checkout I.e. under 15 items. No lines, no waiting…the best thing ever!

My go to place for shopping and savings. Everything from clothes, appliances, auto, toys, produce, meats and more.

I ordered for delivery and the doordash delivery person cancelled my order on me. Went to BJs in person after my order was cancelled and they put my cancelled order together again quickly. Customer service then took the time and went through their different coupon books to make sure I got all the coupons back I lost in the cancelled order, since they all showed redeemed on the app and could not be used again. Everyone there was very helpful and I appreciated that.

After a little over a year, I went to renew my membership and purchase last minute Christmas gifts on Christmas Eve after 2:00pm. I was pleasantly surprised to find easy parking and the place wasn't crowded. I was NOT disappointed. I found everything and more. Self checkout was easy. I'm telling you, this was STRESS FREE.

BJ always has fresh and delicious food. I particularly was pleased with one employee at the bakery department, Carmen Cotto. She provided great customer service and was very helpful and kind. My employees loved the Full chocolate and hello cake, we were celebrating employee of the Quarter! Thank you so much Carmen.

I can't speak for the comment below. I just got my glasses done at BJ's Optical. I loved my lenses. Nicole & Brian were a pleasure to deal with. They told me if I needed any changes to call them back within a month and we could take care of any issues I had with my glasses. I did have one issue, the anti-glare makes it look like my glasses were always dirty. I called Brian and he quickly placed a new order without the anti-glare on. It doesn't work for everyone but I soon as I addressed my concern, he had no problem ordering me a new pair.

They were attentive and my glasses were cost effective. I spent little under $200 and I normally spend anywhere between $350 to $450 at other places.

Visit this BJs for the first time two weeks ago. I was on my way to BKLYN NY from Hanover NJ and I stop to get a cut of meet that I can not get at the BJs at Metropolitan Avenue in Brooklyn NY. I was so happy to learn that not all BJs are doing what Middle Village in Brooklyn does; stop cutting Porter House stake the right way. Here the Porter House Stake was cut to perfection, the meet was really tender and juicy when I enjoyed. I am giving you Seven, yes Seven starts for that. I forgot to mention that the place is nice and clean; very helpful staff.

First time to be a member in bj's and it's worth it. I love their bottled water for $2.99 with 40 bottles also I was surprised they have big can of Nido milk on sale for only $7.99. I've seen many bad reviews about customer service and lack of cashiers but we didn't have that experience on our visit.

Joana the decorator in the bakery did a phenomenal job on my two tier cake. thank you and kudos to her

I always go there early on a Sunday morning get in and get out they usually have everything I need.

Jeannette works in the bakery department and she provided us with excellent customer service and she's very knowledgeable. She was very helpful in helping us pick out a cake for our event. She also decorated the cake beautifully! If you're at this Bj's and need anything in the bakery department make sure you ask for Jeannette.

I love this BJ Warehouse in Kearny location. It got everything I need....lots of selection. I'm a satisfied customer...This reminds me of Costco in Clifton...Although I'm primarily a Costco shopper, I will keep both Annual memberships since it's only $50..In my opinion, BJ is way better than Shoprite or Walmart from savings perspective. I can also go online and print the coupons. I will be shopping here more often than Costco since it's more convenient..I live about a few blocks. Thank you very much BJ and thank you God for opening this new store in Kearny.

We traveled quite a distance to look for a specific coat that our local BJ's didn't have left in stock The service at this BJ's was great. We could not find the coat out on the floor, but Carmen went out of her way, looking everywhere for more than 20 minutes. She eventually found the size & color coat I was looking for. I been going there a little over year, mostly mornings but now that I discovered buying online and picking up in the store is been super easy and fast. They have everything I need online.

Cheap stuffs. Nearby a others mini malls. Not to much crowd. I recommend during the week.
Few months they installed self check-out, fast and easy to shop. ✌🏻🎯

The guy with the glasses in the Produce department was extremely helpful in helping me find everything that I needed. Very friendly. Definitely deserves a raise.

I'm back again for new glasses was ready less than week ,now they have another company Nicole was exceptional and friendly I had my dogs with in a baby bag no issues
