I just stopped in this morning to have my battery tested. They were very busy however the store manager actually came out to check out my battery. Get me back on the road in no time flat thank you very much Joshua and this store for your willingness to help and, make my day more productive. Five stars!

The fella behind the counter must of spent 15 minutes, making shore I got the right spark plug for a saw. He could have just said here try this one, but he did right !

These guys are Great! I Enjoyed hanging out with them for 45 minutes While the 3 of them put a new battery in my Key Good times!! Can't wait to go back and have them replace the other battery in my other key 🤣 P.S Let Ron listen to Country Music!! 😂

I usually get GREAT Service at O'Reilly's. Of course, it can depend on what area you're in and which store you go to. The employees at this one have done me right. The MOD was training newer employees and there was minimal waiting.

Helped me find a part I needed! Was at another store a few miles down the road.

Bought the wife a 2016 Mazda 6. Had to get some scheduled maintenance done that had previously been identified and they were just waiting on parts. Brought it home and it was making a bad clunking noise. Upon further inspection, the bottom caliper bracket bolt was loose, and the top one was non existent. It was 9:47pm and our closest store closed at 10. I called the store and Patrick answered and I asked if they had the part and if he didn’t mind waiting. He said he would look out for me and I ran down there. I think I was in the store maybe 15th seconds as he had everything ready to go as soon as I walked through the door. Amazing customer service and so polite and courteous!!! Thank you Patrick!!!

Great variety of parts and very helpful staff. I had a headlight that needed changing. Not only did he help me get the right part, he helped me install it since it's such a fragile bulb that can't be touched. Was able to finish my errand all in one stop.

We were replacing rotaters and back breaks on my 2016 Chevy Traverse and discovered we were missing a few important tools, so we strolled right on in and the staff was super friendly and helpful with everything we needed!

Helpful staff! I've always gone to the AutoZone off Boardwalk and Ambassador, and dreaded it everytime because the staff is ghetto and rude. The employees at this O'Reilly's do a great job!

I was having battery problems. Came in 30 mins before closing, which is surprisingly late (10pm). Was expecting poor service and frustration. I received the exact opposite. Excellent service and kind employees. They installed may battery in the freezing cold and were nice about it. I would definitely return and would recommend to friend.

I just had to get a driver side mirror and your employee Jacklyn did an amazing job with her customer service and even helping me get it on (she actually did most of the work even). I will definitely be coming back and recommend to everyone. Thanks!!!

Great customer service and a genuine knowledge of cars unlike other O’Reilly locations, also lots of help diagnosing the problem plus making it easy to understand.

Not only did Reno the assistant manager help me find the right windshield wipers, he installed them. What can i say negative. Best experience today
