Ordered a front license plate bracket for my car on the internet. Only one problem, it came without any screws or hardware to actually mount the thing. Jason was extremely helpful in making sure I bought the correct screws. He even came out to my car to ensure that the screws fit. It turned out that the screws I had just purchased fit the plate, but not the bracket. So he went back inside and found different ones that fit the bracket as well. He even explained how to put them on correctly. He was very nice, and I will definitely be returning here in the future!

My battery died and my usual resources for that type of situation were unavailable. Shawn was amazing. He helped me determine the best battery for my vehicle, he changed out the battery for me and even graciously allowed me to observe and gave me a step-by-step tutorial on how to change out a battery myself someday should they need arise which I loved. I will definitely be back for any other auto part needs that arise. THANK YOU SHAWN!

Was looking for a upper and lower radiator hose and a thermostat online. It said they had it when I got there. It was a easy out.

Employee was extremely knowledgeable and the price was dirt cheap. Need I say more?

This is the best experience I've ever had at an auto parts store hands down. The whole reason was one person. Edgar helped me with everything I needed and went above and beyond to meet my needs. I can't remember the last time I had customer service this good. Like literally ever. I was surprised when after helping me so much he was cleaning the bathroom. I hoped he would of been a sort of manager to teach the new people how to have customer service like him. If this were my establishment I would promote this man immediately. Extremely knowledgeable, super courteous, and the best service I've ever received. What more can you ask for? Thank you again Edgar!

I didn't catch the guy helping me name but walked in, tested battery, confirmed it was bad, got new battery and had it installed, all within 10 minutes. Great, friendly, speedy service.

Staff are very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Got a new battery at another location about 3 weeks ago. Got back from vacation for a week, and it was dead. Very dead. Took about 15 minutes to jumpstart & charge from another car, without the car dying after removing cables. This is the closest location to the KC airport. The staff here helped diagnose the battery, starter, and alternator. All were fine, thankfully.

Had a burned out brake light. Tech was very friendly and put the new bulb in for me and made sure it was working before I left. Highly recommended.

Staff looked up the parts (tail light bulbs) I wanted and got them for me (store was not busy). In and out in six minutes or so.

I'm a 24 year old female that doesn't know a whole lot about under the hood. I thought my battery was dying and ended up needed a new battery.
Johnny was amazing. He was respectful and professional. He answered all my questions and in detail (without making me feel stupid). He also suggested I get the terminal protection kit, I did.
It was 8:00 at night and under 30°

We were just comming from the air port and were having major car trouble. It was 10 minutes till closeing and the attendent that night was sooo wonderful and agreed to sell us a car battery and install it. He was very patient and kind. Best service I have every had

I went in there having no idea what I needed. I described my situation to them and they knew exactly what I was talking about. I also had no idea how to put the fluid I bought into my vehicle, so they did that for me as well. Extremely helpful.

I bought the wrong part and they allowed me to refund it and swap it out with the correct one. Super helpful!

Place is awesome. Dead battery, they fixed it no problem. Life should be this easy in general. Highly recommend this store
