I bought a craftsman weed Wacker that didn't work I took it back and Melissa helped me she checked the battery for me before I returned it to make sure I was charging it right when it did the same thing for her she did the return and after I purchased the 2nd one she checked the battery for me only to find out it did the same thing so I did yet another return she went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciated her effects to satisfy me she Definitely deserve a raise thank you Melissa for all your help you made my day

Just happened to be in the area on some other business and was able to check out a few things for some projects we are preparing for and also had a dryer power cord I've been meaning to replace, and it saved me a stop.

Definitely need more help. Only one cashier I garden area. Just go inside, its cooler while you wait to check out. Mulch on sale until 5/31 5 for 10 dollars.

This Lowe's has been our saving grace since moving to Mount Pocono in April. However, this review is to give a specific associate a big shout-out... Oli, you saved our butts tonight! Thank you so much for spending time with my sister advising her how to remove a stuck housing on a water filtration system and getting her the right tools to do it!! Their lumber is high-quality, and their tools prices are very reasonable.
There are always people there, willing to answer any questions like the pro desk. They are superb at answering questions.

Such a pleasant experience at this Lowe’s thanks to Charlie. Helped us figure out what to do replacing our faucet/sink. Gave us advice for any future issues. And was knowledgeable and patient! Also there was another young man who helped moved multiple pallets for me to help get the sink I was looking for. Thank you!!

Huge store, staff is very helpful and everything is where it should be. If they don't have it, it probably doesn't exist lol.

You will find what you need. Organize. Clean But I think they need more employees to offer more help to the people.

I used the self serve make a key on Wednesday. I went back on Thursday because it didn’t work. Customer service directed me to the employee who cuts keys for you. I was helped by a young man named Christian. He was EXTREMELY HELPFUL. He was also very friendly, patient, and kind.

They just keep getting better with their products as more and more all the time in the stores

Very helpful young man in appliances helped me get the best deal on a brand name washing machine. He researched using bar codes to find the brand that gave 10-year limited warranty. Also told me that the delivery persons won't install with the old hoses so I got new hoses and my machine will be installed.

Stores clean and the staff polite but I always have to search for staff (besides the busy ones in customer service)...

Update: It's still hard to find employees but Charlie was on the floor and offered to help. He was attentive and displayed customer service which is hard find. For clarity he got Adrienne who was just as helpful and knowledgeable. My project is very overwhelming but together they gave me the information I needed and I'm genuinely grateful. From 4stars...to 5

There were 3 guys in the parking lot to load my bags of mulch for me.

This store is my least favorite location! My son purchased a washer and dryer to be picked up the next day. It was a manager handling his order. When my son got home he saw he was charged for two dryers and warranties for both dryers. It took forever to get the situation straightened out.

Today I was at the store because while my husband was with my son yesterday he saw a patio set on display. Going in to the store the same manager was helping us and didn’t have the answers to our questions. He passed us off to his go-worker, Ashley. She is, by far, the best employee we’ve ever dealt with at any Lowes! She was courteous, kind and extremely helpful! Any time you need something at that store Ashley should be your go-to person! Thank you Ashley for making our shopping trip an easy one!

My favorite Lowe’s. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They walk me through all of my needs and helped me make important decisions regarding my home improvement. I can’t stand other locations but this one never disappoints.

We just moved to the neighborhood. We need several home maintenance items so we ventured to Lowe's on Route 940. With help, we got what we needed. When we got to the cashier, Sam the young woman was very helpful. We had a good first experience with this store. We plan to return for other items that we will need to keep our house nice and safe.

Big difference in staff. I'm from NJ Hudson county. This guy's in Pocono are really really friendly and helpful. Bravo to them. I'm impressed. How much they can change the perception of the business. Good job guys.
