Advance Auto Parts

This is my go to place in Ephrata to get auto parts and supplies. This Advanced Auto is a lot better than the one on the east side of town. The gentlemen very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Do yourself a favor and make the effort to come to this Advanced Auto store if you’re in Ephrata. You’ll be happy for it.

Was able to get batteries for my car keys. They were nice enough to put them in for me and dispose of the old ones. Also reasonably priced

Russ was fantastic. He took the time to go over everything I needed to do, made perfect recommendations, and even went outside and laid down and looked under my truck to make sure I got what I needed.

Limited evening hours but very helpful folks working there.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful group of staff i will always go there for my parts. They usually always have what i need and if they dont they have it delivered to the store pretty quickly. I like the store close to sharp shopper

Both my light bulbs burned out and the manager gave me another pack. I would have had to send to company but he helped out big time. They were 89$

This is the best Advance Auto Parts in the area! Russ and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Russ often goes out of his way to help find or order the parts I need. Very good experiences with this location.

Great place to get parts for almost anything,they stock lots of commonly used parts ,if they don't have something,they usually get it within a day or sometimes two. If you get the wrong part ,they will do their best to find the right one and take the wrong one back ,haven't had any trouble yet .

The gentleman in here I dealt with is wonderful. There are 2 stores in town and I prefer this one because he is here. I don't like how I was treated at the other store. Thanks for treating me kind.

I could get my coolant hoses through various supply houses on the same day. They even had a belt tensioner to release the old serpentine belt and put a new one back on.
