I almost always find what I need here (electronically speaking) at a reasonable and sometimes excellent price. You can find electronic gizmos here that you won't find anywhere else except online. And, I often find that I prefer seeing, touching and sometimes trying things before I buy them. Helpful sales staff too.

The Geek Squad has been awesome at helping me select a new computer for my son. After 2 disappointing off the shelf systems that died within 2 days, each time they provided a full refund without any hassle. Then they took the time to custom build a system that rocks! Great Geek team.

I went in to buy a new mesh Wi-Fi network and take advantage of the Recycle & Save discount with my old device. When I walked in I was greeted, asked what I needed and directed to an associate who helped me find the new product I had researched online. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes with exactly what I wanted and super customer service. I'm a believer in supporting brick and mortar retail and this store hasn't let me down yet.

Needed a new TV just before holidays and the personnel at the home theater department was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was originally looking to replace the old one with the same brand but was told that that series has issues and was recommended another brand. Glad that I follow the advice, we like the picture and sound much better. Thank you and kudos!

The auto department here is very helpful. They helped me install a new radio system, helped me with post installation issues and also recommended me backup camera options.

I was able to order an item online and pick it up almost within the hour! I did need it rather quickly so I was glad.
I ended up ordering the wrong piece. Once I got the correct one, returning the other one was a breeze. My money was refunded before I got back to the office 15 minutes later.

My daughter and I went to this location for the first time after our local Best Buy closed permanently to buy her a new Iphone and AirPods for her birthday and we weren’t disappointed. Customer service was excellent from being greeted at the door to getting someone to help us with the purchase. I have to say I was really amazed by a young employee whose name is Bobby. He was professional, courteous and went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t leave until our phones were working properly as we encountered a problem with how our phones were assigned to each one in our family plan. He took the time to call customer service and made sure everything worked like it should.
I’m glad I took the trip and we for sure will be back for future purchases.

Went in to pick up an iPad and was greeted by Cliff who was extremely personable. Having the right people at the front of any business is huge for its success. Despite my order not being ready right away he made the process a very smooth transaction. I will definitely be back again!

I went to Best Buy hoping to find a refurbished phone at a good price. Mine broke, and I had already been to the apple store with no luck in terms of repairing the phone. The lady in the front, Mindy, was so genuine and caring. She asked what brought me in and did everything she could to help me with my situation. I am a nurse and work with people all the time. It has been hard the past few years as many people are struggling with mental health and just treat each other poorly. To have someone be so kind and thoughtful meant a lot, and Mindy was hands down the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. And more than that, she was just an exceptional human being. Thank you for your help. You went above and beyond.
