I love this place. The owner of the shop is a very fair person. He's extremely good to his loyal customers his prices are very fair and not to mention he has so many different selections of Pokemon cards and Japanese Pokemon cards that I have never seen on any other store shelf. When I got into collecting cards with my kid he help me make some good choices on cards to buy. He didn't hold it against me I didn't collect cards in the 90s when it wasn't such a so cool thing to do haha Thank for not holding it against me!! Thanks again my friend I will see you soon!

I was looking for a Pokémon card store in my area for so long where I felt more welcomed and could dig through singles! This place was that and more. I was blown away by how much Pokémon cards they have, as well as how friendly and kind the owner Giovanni is. The shoppers seemed to come regularly too as they already knew the owner, which I think is really nice. I couldn’t recommend this place MORE, this will deff be my new place to go for my cards. Also bonus points for playing Zelda Lofi, I didn’t realize how relaxing that was while digging through singles 😄

In person pickup was extremely fast. Ordered eight packs that come in four art styles and received exactly two of each style placed next to one other. I appreciate that level of care and attention to detail and I want yall to know the extra effort shows <3 Thank you!!

My friend and I were in town visiting for a party and he decided to try and get me in to Pokémon cards and the TCG. We had visited a couple different stores before this one and they were kind of alright - nothing too amazing: average customer service and prices - but RC was very accommodating and cozy to say the least. It's a smaller shop in terms of size, but the products and supply is anything but lacking. He has really good trade-in values, both cash and in-store credit, as well as really good prices on their ETBs and Boosters. Not to mention, they gave us a decent bit of free cards because we bought so much. All in all, I'd say if we had to choose a store to go to every time, RC would be that store.

Prices are msrp which is good! Absolutely cool to see some of the old sets they carry. I’m into Japanese sets and they have a great variety of loose packs to get. Out of 2 Japanese 151 and 2 Clay burst packs I pulled the Mewtwo AR and Iono SAR!!!!! Will definitely be coming back again soon. 😂

I moved to this area of PA a few months back after living in New Jersey where there are card shops EVERYWHERE. In terms of product variety, RetreatCost is unrivaled. They carry English and Japanese cards as well as other TCGs and have always been fair in terms of prices and trade value (some products exceed MSRP, but these are usually items no longer easily available or in print, which is fine.)

I don’t review a ton, but my most recent trips have sold me. Gio goes above and beyond to build relationships with his customers. From my months of shopping, he is is knowledgeable, patient and even helps me find a card or two I’m looking for via store foot traffic!

I’m very happy to have lucked into living by this shop, and will be a frequent shopper as long as I live here!

My kids were introduced to Pokémon TCG by a fellow classmate this year. I have played the main series video games and Pokémon Go, but clueless on TCG. Went over to the shop with my kids a couple times and they made them like family. Giovanni goes beyond for his customers. He even gifted my son an older graded card for his birthday. They are hooked and have been spending all of their allowance on Pokémon cards. We will see RetreatCost soon!

Awesome store! I came for the grand opening day at the new location. The owners are awesome; they have tons of hard to find stock that is very clean and well organized! Will be stopping by whenever I am in town!

Giovanni was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and kind. What a cool store! The amount of product they had was impressive. I've only used ebay and tcg so this was such a better buying experience and it's basically the same price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thanks again, will be back!

Great local card shop! I have known the owners for years and they have never let me down. They carry many types of trading card products and if they dont have it, theyll find it for you!

All Pokemon merchants should strive to be as great as Retreat Cost. It's amazing to see so much product in one place. Great selection at great prices. I can't wait to go back and spend time with the amazing staff.

Sold some old Pokemon cards and had a great experience! I felt so welcome, and didn't feel haggled or like they were undervaluing my cards. All the employees (and the owner) were kind respectful and awesome to talk to!

Small shop with tons of pokemon stuff. The owner was very courteous, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable of what he was doing. If your looking for great pokemon stuff I'd recommend you go here! Wanted to update more info. My daughter bought a few things and the prices were very reasonable!! She's happy with her purchase & I'm sure her boyfriend will be too!!!

My brother collected Pokémon cards and it got my kids excited to do the same. I picked the right place to shop and educate myself in this wonderful game. Vince, Ross and family have been outstanding. They take the time to walk you through things, share stories and most importantly treat you like you're part of the community...from day 1. It's been a truly special experience and I urge all of you to experience it. Best decision we ever made!

Ive been into pokemon sinve its inception and have been very happy to recently fall back in love with collecting and getting my kids into it as well. Always looking for new spots to buy singles and bulk product and this store by far is in my top two spots to go. I came here to 2 days back to cack for bunch of singles of full art trainers and gallery cards. All fairly priced and great condition. No pressure from the employee who was also very helpful when needed and knowledgable as well. Id recommend to anyone who loves pokemon product

Staff is friendly and attentive to customers. Fair pricing and good sales when you are at the shop. Have never really been into the TCG much but I always enjoy the art style of the cards and getting the pull you've been looking for.
