Store manager is always pleasant and helpful. Engages in conversation with customers that enhance an otherwise bland experience. Sadly, this gaming conglomerate is going the way of the dodo, because even after all these years corporation has no true understanding of the consumer in which they are trying to garner. It's almost as if they just don't care. That's sarcasm by the way. They don't care. It's sad that there are employees that do.

Recently purchased a PlayStation 4 from about a 5 year hiatus of playing video games.. went in around 8pm for a game. Prices of games seem to be right around the same as if you were to purchase online and what I was impressed by was the other items they sold and had on clearance! I was able to get my partner at work a baby Yoda t-shirt for $2.50 and also got myself a few t-shirts and a killer Dragon Ball Z Hawaiian shirt, and Red Dead Redemption II. In total I spent $38. I was amazed at that total and the guy at the counter was very helpful and was also very patient with a customer talking to him about a certain game. He was professional and courteous. So all in all, I can't say a bad word the store itself. I don't know how long the business will survive with the evolution of downloading games and buying them on the Internet. But for the time being an excellent little place to pick up toys, games, board games, and baby Yoda tshirts! 😁 8/10

Absolutely wonderful place and also one of the bigger gamestop's in my area. Employees are nice in particular a woman by the name of Katt is just fabulous, very knowledgeable about her job and the products sold there and absolutely a pleasure to talk with as well. Would highly recommend.!

It seemed liked only one person was working at the time and at opening time there aren't many people but s few were there already asking things and such but she did a great job handling the customer who had some complaints that were involving her and the manager who talked to this guy was not in. But she was quick to handle it and was nice and very helpful when it came time for my questions and game return. Definitely one if my preferred GameStop stores to shop at

Drove here from Exeter to pickup the new Kirby game. Beautiful store & Brandon (I believe his name was, store manager) gave incredible customer service. Would recommend!

I went to this GameStop to buy some games. Tristyn was so helpful picking out games and making recommendations. He took time to explain everything to me since I admittedly know nothing about video games. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This Gamestop literally has the NICEST employees I've ever met and I've frequented various GameStops for years. They don't always have the best stock of Pokemon plushies, but it's not a busy store so I can hardly fault them. They're always in stock of the games I want, though! And seriously, the friendliest cashiers ever. I totally go out of my way to go here if I don't feel like waiting for an online order to arrive.

The guy we had check us out twice now is amazing he deserves a raise.

This place makes me glad gamestop is still around. Employees are still very helpful and friendly, and I'm usually in and out.

Best GameStop around! Everyone there is willing to do whatever they can to help you out and are always extremely nice and helpful. I will never buy video games anywhere else simply because the employees and store are the best in the area, plus the prices are very good as well!

Ordered something online and picked up at this location. It's one of the bigger Gamestops. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
