We received excellent service from Skylar. She was very professional, very polite, and helped us with the transfer as well as picking out the right products to go with our new devices. Highly recommend this location. Definitely returning when we need upgrades!

Came to this store to put my grandmother on a new line, with her being older-and non experienced in cell phones I thought why not go to Verizon right down the street from her. As soon as we stepped foot into the store we were greeted so nicely. I usually don’t go to phone stores but New Britain went above and beyond my expectations. We were helped by a girl named Skylar and she was just amazing! Breaking everything down for me and my grandmother, making sure we got everything we needed and just overall was a pleasant experience. I’ve never in my 30 years experienced such amazing customer service! Thank you so much.

Skyler was absolutely amazing in helping us set up our new account! We had a significant amount of miscommunication errors over the help desk line, but she was incredibly patient and courteous with us throughout the whole process! Give her a raise immediately!
