Liz was amazing! Helped out with questions I had after the fact that I was not using them for my liner need. I definitely will be going to them for my pool services & needs going forward. She went above and beyond for us - new in ground pool home owners.

We had decided to transition to a salt generator for our pool and originally decided to go to a different company to install the equipment. Aqua-Matic contacted us after we had made our decision and discussed the process with us. We had an urgent need to get our pool covered before the winter hit since our old cover had torn and we were having issues finding a replacement. I called Aqua-Matic Pools and spoke directly with Todd. He understood our urgency and had a new pool cover ordered the day after he met us at our property to take measurements. He then installed the cover the same day it was delivered. We are very thankful to Todd and Aqua-Matic for their professionalism, communication, and understanding of our situation. We highly-recommend them for pool service, equipment, and upgrades.

Update: Todd and Liz at Aqua-Matic are an amazing team! They were able to schedule in our pool repairs this year before our family reunion this summer. Todd also was able to find and fix a sneaky leak in our system that was losing us 500 gal a day! So happy we found Aqua-Matic Pools. Worth every penny!!

They replaced our liner and all the other accessories that go with that this year. Great job. Everything was on time, they followed through on promises and were great to work with.

I have been using Aquamtic for years now and they are very nice and very knowledgeable. They did my liner replacement when it was needed and I have been using them for water testing and all my pool supplies ever since.

Aqua-Matic is the best! Aquamatic came to the rescue when a different pool service company in the area was of no help to us for two issues, one of which was urgent. We needed to find a significant leak that was draining our pool at a disturbing rate. We also needed to get a new cover to replace our circa 1985 safety cover. For both these issues the other company was not helpful and also rather rude, so we gave up on them and looked for a new place to do business with. When we called Aqua-Matic about the leak, they were out on site promptly with some sonic equipment that located the leak within minutes. They repaired the leak for a affordable price. We were so thrilled and relieved!

Because of their great customer service, we decided to ask them about the new cover. They gave us an reasonably priced estimate and told us they would come out and pick up the cover from us to use it as a template. The other company wouldn't pick up the old cover which was so large when folded up it wouldn't fit in our car. It was also so heavy we couldn't move it without help. They told us we had to get it to them ourselves, period.

Wow. What a great experience we had with Aqua-Matic, especially in comparison to the other company! Aqua-Matic picked up the old cover from us and then delivered and installed the new cover. We were completely pleased with both how the cover turned out and their installation of it.
