The Home Depot

My wife and I bought three items at the Quincy store this evening. We were assisted by Mac, who was unusually helpful and knowledgeable, as well as friendly. We'd intended to give him high marks through the receipt feedback opportunity but lost the receipt. Hope this review will do as well.

I went to various stores looking for this portable air conditioner and lucked up at the Home Depot in Quincy. Went to the aisle that was listed on the website and could not find it. Walked around for a few and then eventually asked someone in the paint dept if they could look it up. The item was wrapped up with others in a totally different aisle and was at the very top of the shelf. Customers were asked to exit the aisle so the forklift can be setup to get it down. It was very interesting to watch and all I had playing in my mind were those unsuccessful FailArmy episodes. I was soo nervous watching the shaking. All in all, everybody was pleasant and extremely helpful. So happy my living room will finally be cooler. Haven’t set it up fully yet, just wanted to test it out 😁 I'm already loving it.

Wow! They came out with wallpaper with no adhesive to put on apartment walls! If you need to remove it when you move no problem! Beautiful! Have not hung it yet, but the pattern is simply amazing! Love it ❤

I must say Home Depot isn’t necessarily the best experience usually but ever since they hired this gentleman named John to manage Willard street in Quincy things have definitely changed. I never saw anyone so hard working and pleasant not only to the customers but to his employees as well. I hope Home Depot recognizes his great job! Don’t let him get away.

Found what I thought I wanted.. but it turned out to be too big for the space I had in mind. Had the receipt...no problem.... They are staffed right and the staff are doing their jobs. We really like these stores...🎄

Plant I bought from here last week had spider mites. Came in, to buy insecticidal soap and couldn't find anyone to help me. I was told to go to customer service and they paged someone but didn't see anyone. Luckily there was an employee who stopped to check if I needed help and he was fantastic. Got me to the right aisle, the store didn't have exactly what I wanted but he showed me a great alternative and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. 5 stars for this man. Wish I got his name.

Each time I've gone here ( all types of reasons), customer service experience has been great.

Went to this home depot Today to pick two online orders for two customers. The orders needed to picked and Vincet helped me tremendously.... Vincent, I really appreciate all help you provided to me, God bless...

I went to home depot to get window blinds. Bought 2 last year at wal-mart and the sales person said they would; they didn't. My grandson had to cut them with scissors; they were all plastic, even the top. I bought 3 pairs at home depot today; I could only find I that was the right size. The sales person cut two other ones for me to the exact measurement. He was so helpful. Plus they had metal tops and they were on sale. The woman at the register was very pleasant and helpful, as was the sales person who directed me to where the blinds were. Great experience, helpful professional employees.

I visit Home Depot and it is very nice and the people were very hide and they're always asking the customer is if they can help him with anything I love the service and they managed to make me feel really comfortable going there

The staff here is great and helpful. Came here looking for some batteries, they could give me a quick reference. Do we need any further assistance?
