AT&T Store

Little bit of a wait to talk to a technician but we were very lucky to get Leigha! Being a technically challenged older person we were apprehensive at best to switch phones.. but Leigha was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate.. absolutely pleased with her service and customer care!

Leigha worked with us today and she is beyond professional and knowledgeable. She was incredibly helpful, I highly recommend her!!

This is a great location to visit. The staff is amazing, so helpful and easy to work with. Customer Services was great - Abby, Josh & Kadin answered all my mom and I’s questions and did everything they could to help us with our situation. After finding the resolution, Abby also helped my mom cut her bill in half. 11/10 recommend going to this store for any of your needs (getting a new phone, paying a bill, transferring a line, etc.) Thank you Abby, Josh & Kadin for all your help!

I would like to share a feedback for the Store manager Abby and store resource Josh. They provide an excellent customer service by working hard and being patient with the customer. Abby helped me even after the end time 8:00pm (started at 7:40pm) as she was not able to solve my issue with in few mins. She tried hard to resolve the issue as I need to more my california prepaid account to a postpaid account. When I came next day disappointed from 2 AT&T store (Monroeville, Mcknight Road) managers denied my request to convert pre paid to postpaid. Abby and Josh helped me for around 2 hrs to make sure I have my account moved to postpaid. They tired hard to talk to customer service and even escalated the ticket so that they help me move to post paid when many customer service agents gave up. Thanks Abby and Josh for the wonderful experience, you guys rock.

Abby at the Brentwood Towne Square location is knowledgeable, pleasant & so accommodating & made the upgrades for our business so easy. Cannot say enough about the service that we received from Abby. So glad we met!

Great AT&T store. Leigha was awesome and delivered excellent customer service. Made transitioning to a new phone quick and painless.

Abby was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was porting a watch over from VZW, I was given a regular sim vs an esim. She knocked it out within a few minutes and I was on my way.

I went in search of a new cell phone plan two months ago for our very large family. Cost was our bottom line and was really the driver behind our quest. This turned into a nightmare after we placed a phone order at our local Sam's club with AT&T, once I got home and was waiting for our phones I found out I was not told a lot of the information I needed and I needed to cancel the order. When not getting any assistance from where we had gone originally I called our local AT&T store and got a hold of Eddie.

Eddie was personable, he listened to our families needs and he was honest about everything. After nearly 5 or 6 calls back and forth between him and I, we decided to wait a little longer or until a better deal came along. Eddie was kind and understanding, and told me he would keep his eye out for any deals and let me know. To my surprise - almost two weeks later, Eddie gave me a call telling me about the most recent promotion and again was nothing but understanding when it wasn't the deal for us.

Today we were ready to take the plunge so we waited until Eddie was working to visit the store. He again took his time and did not rush me, went through all my options and worked every situation to ensure we got the best deal. He talked with us the whole time, we laughed and he made the whole experience enjoyable. If you need a new phone, go see Eddie and his team! They are wonderful!!

John & Eddie are the dream team you need! Literally we live in California and they helped us with such care and efficiency which is SUPER RARE these days! They also set up my Grandma who is a Pittsburgh native with her new phone! Helped her transition everything so quickly! Greate energy! Great convo and brilliant support!

I had several issues when I arrived to the Brentonwood location. I spoke with Eddie when arrived. I describe my issues he set down looked at my account noticed something’s I wasn’t aware of & helped me get them squared away. I’m happy with the service here. All the guys are a great help. Stop in !!!

Eddie was incredible. Went in because another store severely messed up and he was so helpful, took his time explaining what they messed up, and even though his store wasn’t the one who made the mistake he still helped me get it fixed! Give that man a raise!
