AT&T Store

Was the best experience I’ve ever had with a phone transaction. Especially switching another carrier. But this was seamless and also they took the time to explain how and what he was doing and told us we could save 50 per month by doing a simple thing with my account. So over all I would deal with anyone else again.

Awesome JC was a great help and very knowledgeable we’ve had AT&T for years and ended up saving us $60 month on our bill because of him thanks again

Lively was amazing and very knowledgeable about the phones and my selection. It was very nice knowing that he took his job seriously and wanting the best for my needs. He was very helpful on my purchase of my new phone and accessories. Thank u Lively, you made a much dreaded time more worthy.

I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by two employees. After asking a bunch of questions regarding a new phone Jeff was able to answer all of them and ordered the new phone for me. I wasn’t necessarily going to buy one but with his expertise I purchased the phone.

My wife and i worked with Hope at the Rocklin Store over the weekend (12/18/22), needed to upgrade a few phones and some other business, and actually found ourselves having a good time in the process. I just finished telling another person about the great experience we had and figured I'd get a little more vocal about it and share here as well. Hope is great. If you need a phone, go see her. She'll take excellent care of you.

I am enjoying my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I was waiting to get one at the Apple store but saw the fantastic deals with AT&T. This store on Crossings in Rocklin has the best service. Thanks to Hope, the sales rep, all my questions were answered. I received outstanding customer service. Hope is outstanding in her technical and customer service skills and abilities. I am referring my family and friends. Glad I didn't wait to go to Apple because my experience was the best ever with Hope at AT&T.

I just had a great experience with Hope! She is great at explaining promotions and making sure that you get the best deal that is available. Although she is shorthanded, the store owner really needs to hire more employees, but they have a really great employee in Hope!!!

I was helped by Daniel and his customer service was truly above and beyond. He greeted us as soon as we walked in and took his time assisting us. We had gone in to replace my daughter's broken phone and Daniel did such an exceptional job, I ended up getting a new phone as well! I couldn't be happier with the service provided during my visit.

Absolutely wonderful time over here! Skyler really went above and beyond while helping me! Saved money on my new plan ! Got a brand new phone and another one for my sister for half off. Can’t go wrong with that!

I went in to upgrade my iPhone and left with not only a new phone but also a better plan that cost less. My boyfriend, who was just there to accompany me, was so impressed that he ended up upgrading his phone and plan as well as purchasing several accessories. Daniel and Chris walked us through transferring our data to our new phones and helped us re-access our apps. They made sure everything was right. Great customer service.

William is the BEST. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to hook me up with my new phone and accessories. They didn't have the note 8 I wanted so he drove 30 miles just to get it for me the next day!! He helped put my case and screen protector on and everything!! Not only was he hilarious and charming but, professional with exceptional service skills. I will definitely be coming back for all my cell service needs!!!

Love how we were able to be attended to right away, ordered a new phone and was out of there in less than 30mins. Skyler and Khaled were both very kind, professional, and knowledgeable which is probably why they got is in and out that quickly.

I love this local store. I bought my phone and screen protector from here. Over the past year I have gone into this store twice and asked them to put a new screen protector on (that is covered under manufacturer warranty) and knowing they make no money off it, they are still more than willing to help. I will always come to this store for any new phone I want or any accessories I may need. Highly recommended!!

The screen on my phone was froze. I went to the store in hopes they could assist me. Even tho Jeff was on break he came in and helped me with my phone. Superior customer service!!
