Harbor Freight Tools

My go to one-stop shop for something I know is going to be used and abused by my robotics students. The tools are not on a Dewalt or Craftsman level but they always get the job done for what I have to do especially if I am in a pinch. The staff is always very nice and able to assist when I need something, or help me if not in stock. I will keep coming back.

I recommend this place no matter what also Pittsburgh tools are guaranteed for life there all you have to do is bring in the broken one and they give you another one for free granted Precision Tools are not sold here however this place is just plain awesome and the staff is friendly awesome and completely willing to help

Came out for a tool box after my local harbor freight didn’t have it. Staff went above and beyond. Highly recommend

Cheap tools. Some stuff is definitely worth it here. Clamps, paint supplies, zip ties, all kinds of great value here.

We had something on hold, and a rain check. Went in to pick it up and everything went Super smooth. Thanks to Tom the manager!! my husband also got an order and was checked out by one of the clerks and she was super nice also. Highly highly recommend. Thank you for making our visit. Really nice.

You can't beat harbor freight and their incredible prices!! Being a Michigan native I have been aware of Harbor Freight for many years, but we didn't have one here in West Virginia until 2018!!! I made sure to inform all my guy friends that this tool store was about to blow their minds!! Customer service at the location is also superb.

Lots of great tools to get the job done at a better price and quality than mose of the other stores . Shop here or pay way more than needed. Got all the tools to fix my Honda plus extra and didn't over pay let alone didn't pay over $20 and bought 3 tools two sets and one kit for a flat tire.

They usually have everything you are looking for and more at this store. Very nice staff. Very clean and organized. Tons of parking lot parking. Really good prices too! I bought a nice ladder that was @ $30 cheaper than that big box store. The products sold here seem to last really well. Highly recommend!

Usually have what I'm looking for. Not the greatest quality tools for professional heavy-duty use. Will do the job for the average diy person. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

It is what it claims to be. Lower cost options for tools. They don't sell junk, they don't sell high end. Not sure if you want to invest in highend? Try out something from HF first

So far this summer I bought a wood chipper, chainsaw, and a rolling tool chest from here. They have everything you could need often at quite the discount compared to home Depot or Lowe's. Check for coupons and sign up for their email list.

Helpful Staff...

I went to get a nail gun that was on clearance. It said it was in stock online, but there were none in the store. The employee explained to me that clearance items are not inventoried the same. I was still able to get a few things though and the clerk was helpful.

They always have great deals. You can find pretty much anything you need. Everytime I go here I leave with 10 things I didn't plan on buying. Fast and friendly service. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great place!

Tom the manager was very helpful, loading my new generator into the truck I couldn't have done it myself thanks again. Good people will go back again, as always.

Very large selection of tools and many other items. Lots of sale prices.

I picked up an item. That they graciously held for me since I was driving a considerable distance and I wanted to be sure that they had it when I arrived. The checkout process was very easy and my item was loaded by forklift into my SUV. Well done.

I think that the overall quality of their tools has increased over the years. Yes, they still sell junk stuff but, a lot of their tools are better. This particular store seems well managed and has a good inventory.

Very helpful staff. Many different levels of tools from the occasional diy tool to every day use tool. Competitive pricing. I have purchased a number of hand and power tools here and have no complaint.

Staff has been really great and helpful. I've been to a few other harborfreight stores but thus place has been one of the best for service. Great store!
