I can’t brag enough about the Southland Four Seasons GameStop! I literally have a GameStop not even five minutes from my house but I’d still rather drive half an hour to this store! The manager, Lakisha, is great! She’s really the backbone to this store! She’s very genuine, professional and knowledgeable and she feels like family. Always suggesting something I might like or be into and I’ve never been disappointed with my purchases of her suggestions! The environment is always on point! Store is always clean, staff always super knowledgeable and very helpful! Makes me wanna stay for hours talking about video games, systems, merch, collectibles and then spend a bunch of money. LOL! I’m thankful this store exists because I purchase the majority of my games, accessories and memorabilia here! I highly recommend Southland Four Seasons GameStop for all of your gaming and nerd needs!

The young lady that helped me was super cool, great personal skills and good at her job. Made me feel super comfortable to ask questions and she mentioned the sales they had going on. Super thorough in assisting me and making sure I was comfortable with my purchases along with up sales of warranty for the games. She is a great asset to your company! Thank you. If there were people like you with the fabulous work ethics, attitude of owning the company and loving your job making customers want to shop there.

I love this place! I live right up the street, about 0.9 miles from the place. I am a literal 12 year old kid and they treat me like an adult! Big shoutout to Jonathan and Lykishia for always being nice and helping me find what I need. They are my two favorite employees!

There were two women that helped me in the store while I was there on 11/23/20. They were beyond helpful. I have no knowledge of games/consoles at all and the one woman actually walked me around the store, educated me on what console would be best for my 6 year old, as well as what additional items would be beneficial . I really appreciated it after working 12 hours and doing research for a week I was stressed and tired and she really went above and beyond the company is really lucky to have her and she should be commended for her experience/personal skills/ and overall kindness which we all need these days ! I wish I would have gotten her name .

Nice selection. Some things can be kinda pricey, but there's also good deals and decent clearance selection. Staff are VERY nice and always willing to help with anything you need, even if it's just advice. We will definitely continue to shop at this store/location!

The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, I didnt realize till after we were in there that it was about closing time. Never once did they make me or my son feel rushed or that we were inconveniencing them. Overall is was a great experience.

I was referred to this store by the GameStop at South Hills Village because they were the only store in the area with the game I wanted in stock for my young son. They had a great assortment there and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. There were several people in line when we arrived and I was in a hurry, but the line moved quickly because the store was well staffed and very efficient. For what it's worth, this store also has a giant assortment of Funko Pop figures which I wanted to look through, just didn't have the time.

Everyone there is very knowledgeable and friendly. They have handy and helpful recommendations for gifts. I'm grateful for their help the few times I've been in.

The people working there were very friendly and I didn't even ask about the special deals but a worker came up to me and my husband and just made sure we knew about the deals since he was buying a new game. We would have never known.
