AT&T Store

Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had at a phone store. Went in to upgrade and add a line to my account. Ended up with more than I expected with holiday promos going on and helpful staff to find a plan best suited towards me. Also very friendly and polite which makes for an easier time while waiting for phones to transfer information. Also my sales person for the day was Lennon and couldn’t be happier with his attention to detail and attitude!

Nickayla was great! she was so nice and helped us with everything we needed. we had a pretty crazy phone switch request and she helped get us what we wanted. she’s very kind and helpful

Bought a new iPhone 15 from Lennon. He was great very helpful and quick. Lennon was friendly and had great customer service. I Will definitely be going back to Lennon if I ever need anything in the future.

Everyone at this location was super friendly and knowledgeable on all products and services. The whole team chimed in to make sure I had everything I needed, from picking 2 new phones, adjusting my plan accordingly, accessories, transferring data, installing screen protector perfectly, and giving me some helpful tips and hints. Great experience, thank you! Will definitely be back when it’s time to upgrade :)

The manager Ray is THE BEST! Fixed our problem that no one else at AT&T could like MAGIC!!! I will deal with no one else but Ray! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!!

Best AT&T Store experience ever. Wait time wasn’t long and Devon was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and did wonders to correct a mistake and work my bill down. Would definitely recommend using this store.

Kaylee and Sami were GREAT!! I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new phone. They are a great team and pay attention to their customers. I felt like I was working with friends. Kaylee was very efficient and sold me on getting an Apple Watch. In addition , Kaylee picked the perfect phone case for me, just from paying attention to me. Both were very welcoming and down to earth. I also noticed their wonderful interactions with other customers. They are rocking out in this location!! Give the team a free day off or a vacation day, they more than deserve it!!!

Stopped in the store this afternoon, and had to wait a little bit as Samantha had a few customers ahead of me. Watched Samantha deal with multiple customers at the same time and I was highly impressed with her knowledge and the attention she had for her customers. This cut my wait time dramatically which I was very happy about. Samantha addressed the reason for my visit, and handled it with professionalism and proficiency. Kudos to your store for having such an amazing agent working there. Keep up the awesome work Samantha, it was a true pleasure doing business with you.

We came in today (Black Friday) on a mission to upgrade at least 3 phones and to purchase a Christmas present for our daughter. Paige was absolutely wonderful. She made the transaction quick and easy. She was so knowledgeable and helped us get the best deals available. This was our best experience with upgrades. We will be back to see Paige for future purchases!

Great experience today at this store! Switched over service and got phones for family of five. Brittany and Kaylee were fantastic! They will go the extra mile to get the job done. They were so helpful, patient and worked so well together! Would definitely recommend this store to anyone!

Went in yesterday and got a great deal on a phone and Paige was awesome. She was very friendly and attentive. She even managed to give my small kids attention (which I didn't expect and she absolutely didn't have to do). Always have a good experience at this store.

It’s holiday time, and the store was busy. There were three people in front of me and while I was there four more people came in. Kaylee was working alone. When she needed help the store manager came to assist. I was impressed with the way Kaylee handled herself. Each customer was taken care of in a professional yet personal manner. One could not help but hear other customers comments. The people in front of me were all very satisfied with their transactions. Kaylee apologized to me for the wait time. One of the people waiting left, another complained that the problem was with her bill and that she was upset with the wait time, and left. The last person that had come in began chastising the manager for not helping Kaylee when that was not the case. The manager was there to assist Kaylee in situations that warranted it. I appreciated the way Kaylee handled herself speaking in a level tone to the disgruntled customers. I felt as though Kaylee was well worth the wait and her manager was doing a great job. The sales person can only take care of one customer at a time.

Raymond was awesome, would recommend coming here for phone service!

Stephanie was very helpful and informative. My phone was stolen and she did her best to provide me adequate information and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire situation.

Mackenzie was phenomenal! Not only did she have a new hire to train, she also took excellent care of us and I appreciate her help!

I’ve been an AT&T customer for many years and needed an upgrade. Samantha did an amazing job setting me up with a new phone. She was so kind and knowledgeable and took her time getting my phone ready for me to use down to putting on the screen protector, case and even the pop socket for me. I highly recommend this store. :)
