Beautiful little getaway and perfect for doing nothing but relaxing. Great food suggestions on the website as well! The place is well thought out and taken care of. If you're looking for a few nights of calm wilderness with the comforts being inside and STILL having that wonderful view, this is the place for you.

Amazing place and people all around

Overall, an excellent and quiet place to stay for a single person or couple looking to get away from a busy life. The area is quaint and was the escape from city life that we were desiring.

We stayed in the Otium and overall it was just perfect- not overly minimalist or crammed. Just a few small touches would have been great— first, nicer towels. The towels were rough. Maybe it’s time to replace them! Second, the shower didn’t drain quickly so we were rushing showers so that they didn’t overflow into the living space. Admittedly, I did not call for assistance so I’m sure they would have responded quickly if called! Finally, more hooks and a space to store bags would be great. The end of the bed had a bench, but the bottom was boxed in. I’m assuming there are important things in that box like electric and such but if jot, under bench storage would be awesome. Beautiful space, you can tell lots of thought and care goes into the details.
