Extremely professional, super helpful and very nice! Kylee and Guillermo were the ones to help me get my plan set up. They were super patient and answered all my questions. 100/10 would recommend this specific location!

I went in for a warranty exchange and Ryan L. Helped me out a lot! Great customer service and very friendly. If you're Ryan's supervisor and you're reading this, he deserves a raise. Robyn (I think that's how she might have spelled it) was amazing and also deserves a raise.

My wife and I had an excellent experience at this T-Mobile location! The two mobile experts on shift, Pedro and Maria demonstrated superb customer service and were a delight to work with! I definitely plan to visit this store in the future for any of my families mobile needs.

T-mobile is awesome in that it has more coverage areas than the others. They have great customer service and is taking care of our country’s veterans. This new store is even above and beyond the others with their store manager Braden Garrett. He is so friendly and positive you can’t help feeling better immediately about your issue getting taken care of right away. Thank you for the excellent experience!

I just visited the new T-Mobile store in Greeley, and it was a great experience! Braden Garrett is an awesome manager, he’s knowledgeable and friendly. Carlos and the staff there helped answer my questions about upgrading to a new phone, and even helped me save money. Definitely the best phone buying experience over ever had!

Josh is FANTASTIC. Our family of 5 needed a better and cheaper option. Josh took over three hours to sit down with us, go over our current plan with Sprint, and give us options from T-Mobile. We will save over $230.00 per month in our new T-Mobile plan with unlimited everything! He was patient, and kind and so very good to my grandparents who are 90. I mean. He was awesome with them. I have been a T-Mobile Business customer for the past year now, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. They have very affordable plans, and porting over from Verizon was a breeze. Working with Braden the store manager was a breeze and he helps facilitate the already amazing business correspondent Michael effortlessly!

He and his staff at this new location are very knowledgeable & helpful. Customer service at this location is phenomenal!! I worked with Carlos & his knowledge & kindness was the best. There was no high pressure sales. Everyone wants to help & get you in the best product not just the one that gives them the biggest sale. I reccomend this TMobile store if you're looking honest & helpful people.

Oh my goodness! Just got out of this store. Talk about great customer service! We were helped by Carlos and assisted by his boss Braden. Both were super knowledgeable and helped me make the best choice for my small business phone line. I walked out with a new phone and a plan that worked for my usage needs. Plus, they told us about their Netflix package. And T-Mobile is now paying for my Netflix! Thanks Carlos and Brady. This location has my business for life.
