7/24/24 we were there this morning to purchase kitchen cabinets, counter top and sink. We were there close to 10. Daniel in that department told us a lady would be in at 10. We waited till 10:15 no one showed up so we pressed the button. Craig came from another department to help us. He got us what we needed. He also helped us with the sink. He was out of his area but it didn’t matter he
Made sure we got everything we needed. Will pick up tomorrow. We then went to spray paint area pushed the button waited a few minutes so quess who came to help Craig. I guess he was the only one that answered to the page. Very impressed
With his customer service. He helped Daniel enter everything we purchased in the computer.👏👏👏

We had to replace our dryer and didn't want to wait to have something delivered. I asked if she would do me a favor and look in back. She found us a deal we couldn't refuse. Very kind and understanding. She needs a raise!!

Store was very clean and organized. I appreciated the tribute to the military.

Quick service, price matched a competitors price, delivery scheduled. Lowe's has been my appliance store of choice for years now. Never had a problem with service or warranty issues at all.

Today I shopped at two different Home Depot locations for a lawn mower and left both without finding any helpful or knowledgeable employees.
I then went to Lowe's #2789 on Goliad and had an employee approach me to offer assistance!! The employee, Gabriel, from Inside Lawn and Garden Department was very knowledgeable on the products and was able to offer excellent advice on my purchase. He was assisted by Manuel a Front End Fullment Lead.
I was so impressed that Lowes hires such friendly and helpful staff.

I checked out at the Garden area, and an older gentleman with a Navy hat on was so nice! I would wait 5 deep to have him check out my items i am purchasing. Positive experience overall!

I have been to this particular location on several occasions, while the inside service I have experienced is not the best, it's hard to find people who work in a certain area to assist you. The online order and pickup service is amazing, it has to be the best I have experienced. I placed an order for 11 items online. I received a notice that my order was ready for pickup just 15 to 20 minutes after I placed it. Wow, you can't get a burger and fries that fast. Anyways I went to curbside to pickup the order, again I was amazed. The order was brought to my truck less than 5 minutes after notifying them I had arrived. This is how curbside is supposed to work, more companies need to emulate this service. I definitely will place an online order again. Did I say you can still get a military discount online. Yupp. Sure can, after you have registered with the company of course.

We wanted a hot water heater. Could absolutely not get anyone to assist with it. We had department paged three times and finally gave up after 45 mn. Of waiting. Couldn't find the hot water heater that was on line and ended up buying a more expensive one . I won't be going back for ANYTHING that I need help with! Update to post! Went back to Lowes for ubove range microwave. The sales team were very responsive and transaction was smooth. They were great at answering questions.

David and Juan were great. They helped me pick the materials for my project and made sure everything got loaded into my car with care.

I like going to Lowe's for just about anything. They are a few minutes away from my house and it's something small I ask. There is always someone around to help

A gentleman in the hardware department named Chris helped me out. He was very friendly and patient with me. Overall I love coming to this location

Enjoyable, in and out couldn't find something employee knew exactly where to find it very helpful.

We had the pleasure of meeting Nicole from the outdoor plant section. She was super friendly and sweet !! Her and Carol were helpful and knowledgeable. Nicole was a delight and she helped me purchase a great selection of plants !! We will be back indeed. Nicole Rocks !!

I would like to commend Micah and Adam on providing an exceptional experience on multiple occasions. I order frequently at Lowe’s using the curbside feature. Often I get Micah or Adam delivering my order and they are always fast, polite, and helpful.

This is a great place for good deals. But it lacks communication. I personally had to go to the store because some person on the phone was rude. The manager I spoke to was excellent and went above the service. Jose Corpus is his name. He is a pleasant, courtesy, and excellent service recovery. I will continue to shop at Lowe's
