Old Navy

I am an avid Old Navy shopper and today I had the BEST experience at my favorite store. I am a huge clearance shopper and I showed up to the fitting rooms with 50+ clearance items to try on. Wonderful Sandy was so kind and helpful and would come check on me ever few minutes to get the items I didn’t want to make it easier. Then the manager Macie came up to me and told me Sandy said she had a wonderful customer experience with me after I had felt like such a burden for trying on so many clothes. She was also so so helpful. Wonderful wonderful staff.

They have the best sales and deals. I can find clothes here for everyone in my family. I love Old Navy! They are on point and gave me birthday points to shop with today.

Reasonable prices and usually a large selection of men's, women's and children's clothing and accessories. The store is usually clean and well organized but can get a bit messy around sales and holidays when the number of customers is really high. The employees are friendly and helpful. Parking is obviously plentiful at the mall so that has never been a problem. This is an external store so entry is from the outside not through the mall. We have used the order online and pick-up in store option without any problems.

I don't usually buy clothes because it's such a hassle, but I enjoy shopping at Old Navy. I finally found comfortable jeans at this store, and their clearance section is amazing. They even have tap-to-pay at the register! Very friendly and helpful staff.

Getting tired of my waist line going up by 2 every time I go there for pants or jeans but I can only blame myself and middle age there. If you’ve seen one Old Navy you’ve seen them all but it is very clean and staff is friendly. Big thumbs up to the cashier who had a delightful smile on her face immediately after dealing with an difficult impatient customer returning a billion items and arguing prices.

I came to the Northgate Store to locate specific Uniform Pants and Girls Jeans that weren't available at the Hamilton Place Store today. I was assisted by Paige, in the Girls Area, and she was amazing! Paige took the time to head to the backroom and look for an item not found on the floor! In a time when we are quick to bemoan poor Customer Service, I wanted to recognize great service...Paige, you made my day!

Great store for all your budgeted purchase and store folks are so helpful for all your questions and for all requested searches of merchandise. I loved for pickup and return options it was minimal movement in this global health crisis scenarios and there is one person helping with these requests in the store front entrance itself and hence its matter of few mins work. Must visit 👍

Please make your "tall" sizes longer. I buy all my kids clothes from old navy and some clothes for myself but being 6'6 makes it hard to find quality clothes that fit me length. Some of your tall sized clothes is so inconsistent. I've bought 5 or 6 T-shirts all size "xlt" and none of them are the same size WTF?🤷‍♂

Love this store! They offer a large selection of clothing items for all sizes and age groups. You can purchase clothing, shoes, flip flops, jackets, sweaters, sweat outfits, different accessories. Can always find something when I shop here.

I had good service from the sales clerk. She was very helpful with an amazing attitude. She knew the inventory of the store well. I will go back.

We found an awesome deal on jeans that actually fit and satisfied my 14 yr old daughter. About $15 per pair!! Thanks Old Navy!!

Even with holiday busyness the store was clean and the staff very polite and professional. The items I had ordered online were ready for me right when I walked in without a long wait.

The "quick change" fitting rooms are genius! Great place to shop if you're starting a minimalist wardrobe.

Friendly atmosphere and they have nice quality clothes. They are expensive but their clothes are worth it. The material is not that cheap stuff.

Old Navy northgate is the most awesome store I have ever been in. The employees are so nice and they are always so helpful.
