Excellent service. Very cool assessment for your feet and inserts to accommodate even the oddest foot patterns. Knowledgeable and helpful staff—we initially went in thinking we were about to drop +$350 on a great pair of boots, but got sold on a deal with inserts totaling less than $190. Solid win. Very pleased with the experience.

Tate and Nick at the Chattanooga store are awesome! I ordered and received my second pair of Iron Rangers from them. They will last forever. They are built super-tough. I bought the Copper Rough and Tough (brown) Iron Rangers first, and they have been my go-to for everyday wear in court with suits. Today, I got my pair of Black Iron Rangers, and let’s just say that the internet doesn’t do them justice! They are beyond cool. Check out the picture of them both. Tate and Nick took the time and used the foot machine in the store to accurately gauge my size and my step (you absolutely should go to the store and get sized, no question about it), and I am one very happy customer! Thanks again, you two.

The gentleman at the store was very helpful he scanned my foot something I’ve never done before. He most likely changed my life because he said my feet had such high arches that the middles were not touching the ground. He got me the right inserts trimmed them down and everything! After having them for nearly two weeks my feet and knees feel amazing after work! Thank you so much!

I’ve bought work boots at this store 3 different times in the last few years. I always know I am going to get great service and a product I am comfortable with. I decided to go with the insoles they recommended to me and I’m very glad I did. I didn’t realize I needed arch support as I always assumed I had flat feet, but it turns out I have arches!

Whitney did an awesome job helping me find a great pair of boots for work. I was in town for work and they did not have the pair I saw on their website, but she worked with me and we found a pair of boots, insoles and waterproofing treatment. A most excellent experience, would definitely return to this store if I lived locally - Thank You!

If you're looking for the best boot and or shoes as far a quality is concerned, this is the place. I've purchased two pairs of work boots and a pair of athletic shoes from this place between 2001-2018. That's 3 pairs in 17 years... I will not own a different brand. As far as I know the they are 100% made in the USA. Thank You Red Wing

This is a great place to get quality boots and shoes. I bought a pair of work boots yesterday from Mike. He was very helpful and thorough. Best boots and service I've had in years! This is why we need retail stores. You cannot get this type help buying online only!

Decided to go there on a whim, since I needed new work boots but I didn't want the usual type of boot I always get. Anyway, I was impressed by the quality of their boots and what they offer, compared to other places I have been to. Also Mike was of great helping during the whole process, that was pretty awesome.

I drove 2 hours to get the boots I wanted - this is the only store around with the Heritage line. Service was great and I was given a lot of information regarding my purchase + not sure when I'll need to go back since Red Wings last forever, but 10/10 would purchase here again.

I am a diehard fan of Red Wing. I had a pair that lasted 3 years and the ONLY reason I quit wearing them was the sole wore out. I since tried Ariat and they didnt last any time. I had to come back to the good stuff. Great service but these good boots are not cheap
